Some of them are very western well others seem to be much more bedazzled and some fall into the kind of outdoorsy/hippie hipster zone. So with that said, you have to kind of find spots that cater to your interest because all of those are valid and overlap on a leather bag and product store Went in for her birthday and oddly enough they had a 50% off sale on just a few items and one of those was the item we were just about to buy a full price . Absolute great service they not only branded a custom tag for us for free but they also let us know that the items were 50% off even though we were just about to pay for a price so absolute kudos to you great job

Such a great smell. The products are well made and high quality. They had a nice variety of items and the displays were done in a way that was extremely visually appealing and pulled me in to look at a variety of items. Luke, the manager welcomed us to the store and provided information about the brand (out of Eugene OR). He and the other woman working were knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. Pricing - seemed reasonable against other higher end leather products. Will I be back - YES!

To make a customized order they are about a year out before your order is completed. A deposit is required in order to continue the order towards it's completion. Then as the time draws closer you go in so your measurements will match with what they make for you. There is a lot of leather jackets already for sale in which you can immediately purchase providing you find a fit that is good for you. Being a clothes horse myself I could easily place an order as well but I don't have anything specific in mind to pursue that at the moment. It was a lot of fun browsing around and I loved the autographed picture of one of the band members from the Lunachicks that apparently purchased a leather garment here at one point!

My recent experience has been nothing but a massive headache: Non-Existent Customer Service: There is no 800 number to call, and if you try calling their physical store, the automated message explicitly tells you they won't help with online orders. Broken Promises: They claim a 24-48 hour response time for messages, but it's been 4 days since my last update. My first return request glitched out, and my second resulted in them demanding photos of the shipping box (which arrived completely bashed in). Hidden Fees & Poor Practices: Then the only option is to return online with an additional cost of additional $6.95, completely hiding the fact that you can return items to a store to avoid the fee ... supposedly. Where are these products actually from? Despite the branding, my package shipped from Texas. I bought this bag to support the economy of Portland, anything else is simply unappealing. I am so annoyed and exhausted from trying to get a simple return processed. I cannot wait to get rid of this product. Avoid the hassle and take your business somewhere that actually values its customers. Portland Leather Goods, you need to do better.
