From the response times, to quickness of service they were fantastic. Their customer service can't be beat. They offered to pick up my vehicle due to a work issue, kept me up to date with everything, then spent time talking with me getting to know me and genuinely caring. They are the bar that everyone should strive to meet.

They have a reasonable labor rate and I noticed that they don't typically have overruns on the labor that some other shops do have. Also they will allow you to order your own parts from summit racing or JEGs and will review the order before you finalize to ensure proper parts abs fitment. I was impressed with the phone communication and that they were able to diagnose a problem that eluded the dealership. Also they like older corvettes and it shows as they know them and are willing to help out with restoration plan. They are worth checking out if you need a trustworthy mechanic in the area.

My friends picked me up and tried to change the blowout to my spare, but it was too rusted out, again, by luck, a guy who worked there happened to be driving by. He opened the shop, used his shop tools to get the tire off, put the spare on, ordered the tire I needed for the next day and everything went great. I wish I lived in the area- I would use them all the time. Everyone was so personable and really believed in good customer service- not something you find often these days. They went out of their way, when they were closed! to help a customer. Thank you so much!

Can't go wrong bringing your car to Ward if you want reasonable priced service. The only problem going here is that you usually have to drop your car off to get serviced and pick it up in 24 to 72 hours depending on what the problem was and unless you have a back up car to drive you will have to rent one but he will drive you to the rental agency if need be.

I took my BMW to this shop because it was having turbo-related issues. After their diagnosis, I…read morepaid about $850 for the repairs they recommended. As soon as my husband picked up the car and started driving it, smoke began coming out of the vehicle. Not only was the original problem not fixed, but the car came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. I was then told the vehicle actually needed over $5,000 in turbo repairs. Had I been told that from the beginning, I never would have agreed to the $850 repair. As a customer, I expected a proper diagnosis. As a mechanic, you would think the goal would be to correctly diagnose the issue and make the vehicle better--not return it in worse condition. One of the most concerning parts of this experience was learning during a phone call that the vehicle was never test-driven after the repair. I have a recording of that conversation, and Andy was very rude . Like you are going to be rude when you just stole money from me . The communication throughout this process was also frustrating. Whenever I asked questions or requested that we communicate through email so everything would be documented, I was repeatedly told to call instead. I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. The only resolution they offered was to refund the cost of the parts, not the full amount I paid. They also wanted the parts they had installed returned. I repeatedly asked how I was supposed to know that my original parts would actually be put back on my vehicle, but I never received a clear answer. I kept telling them that After trying to resolve the matter directly, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I felt I had no other option. Definitely do not recommend.
