For an airport, that honestly feels unbelievable. Sometimes travelers just want something familiar, quick, and dependable before or after a flight, and not having one was definitely noticed. The airport itself is currently under construction in some areas, but that had nothing to do with the rental car location or the lack of a Starbucks. Those were simply the biggest inconveniences of the experience for me personally. Other than that, the airport experience was decent enough, but definitely wear comfortable shoes and plan accordingly if you're renting a car.

I CALLED AGAIN after I heard from her school that the bus won't take her, the manager tells me to call back at a certain time to talk to the bus driver as they will be back in the building at that time. I called back on the dot & she sends me straight to the bus drivers voicemail. I called back asking to speak to the bus driver directly instead of going to voicemail & she tells me the bus driver has left for the day!! She had taken my number countless times to have the bus driver call me back, knew I've been trying to get in touch with the driver & yet I cannot get ahold of them!! I don't know what's worse, the management or the way this is being handled!!! Like the manager MARGE said "Kids are kids!!" How hard is it to call back a concerned mother??? This trip was a Chartered affair and our Hosts very Professional and friendly that each Patron boarded the Bus she checked off your name and you had over 50 seats to choose from! All comfortable plus in the back a restroom to accommodate anyone that might need it! Once we arrived at our destination the driver opened the door and placed a step stool to make it much easier to disembark the bus! That small consideration was a great help to many on board! Once we all left the bus, he drove away till it was time for our excursion pickup time! The Bus was on Time! We did not have to wait a minute more especially being outside in the summer heat! I've had a lot of good experiences flying with Southwest, especially when using points for flights. The check-in process was simple and easy, and boarding went smoothly. Our flight was delayed about 30 minutes, but it wasn't a big deal, and we still got to our destination pretty quickly. The flight itself was comfortable and overall a great experience. One thing I have noticed is that Southwest doesn't seem to offer as many complimentary drinks as they used to. They used to come around with drinks quite frequently, but that seems to have decreased. Overall, I had a good flight and would definitely fly Southwest again. The experience was easy, efficient, and the crew got us where we needed to go without any major issues.

I've never had an issue flying southwest. For some context I am hard of hearing. So with said disability- my ticket says accommodation, now while in the system it says someone is "deaf or hard of hearing" on the plane they don't know it's me until I say something. I'm always greeted kindly and checked on often. I pre-board and my flight attendant is made aware of my special accommodations and I go from there. No feeling different just the extra help and I go about my way. I've never had a plan delay on southwest flights and the process is always smooth. A little joke here and there eases my anxiety as well, so it's much appreciated. They lose one star because now that it's assigned seating the prices have spiked, ticket prices and bag prices. Even though it's still free carry on and free personal, checked bags are pricey.

Today, for instance, the bus #1113 was over two hours late. Frequently, this is because they have a completely new driver assigned for that day. Additionally, the bus has a tendency to show up early and drive off, or not show at all. The driver actually lies about the time that they reach a bus stop. My daughter was verbally abused by another kid on the bus. When we complained to the branch manager (a certain Ms. Lillian Benoit), she merely said that she would pass along the complaint to a higher authority. There was no mention of follow-up, neither were there any efforts to assure us that my daughter would be safe on this bus. The least I had expected was that the other kid would be made to change buses. The previous bus service (operated by a different bus company) was fine. Since we were made to switch to this bus company, every day has been an adventure (and not the pleasant kind!). If anyone in the RI government is listening, PLEASE take action against this bus company.
