I had such a great experience working with Norris Ford from the very first email inquiry. Darren Badillo from their internet department actually respected my request, unlike any other dealership I had been communicating with. When we got to the dealership we weren't bombarded, I asked to see the car I was interested in, since I had been looking online already for months, and the sales rep Tony Guillen went and grabbed the car right away for me to see! He didn't pressure me into doing a test drive since I didn't need one, and quickly started to work up the paperwork when I said that I wanted to buy the car. We also got to interact with another rep named Zo Thompson who helped pass the time with light conversation and who made sure I was taken care of. When I was greeted by the Sales manager, Dave Webster, we had a very honest and to the point conversation of where I stood and he clearly picked up on my intentions and respected them. We were able to work out a headache free deal that was better than I could have asked for and made me incredibly happy. Will Watson from financing handled the paperwork quick and efficiently and got me out the door in great time! I never thought I could have such a positive car buying experience with such a great crew of people. The worst experience I've ever had. Went in for a repair that is covered under warranty. Told me the warranty wouldn't cover all labor or diagnostic fee. I have the gold status extended warranty that covers everything. Paid $3k extra for it since I bought my Ford used... Told me the part would take a week, lied to me several times... when I told them that I was sending a tow to come get my car and take it somewhere else. My car was magically fixed in ten minutes... they are crooks... dont ever take your car to a place like this.. they are unethical and pretend they didn't do anything wrong.. they somehow magically manufactured a part in ten minutes when I was told the part had to be specially made by the factory for me and would take a week to get here. Asked about a rental car, was told my warranty didn't cover it and I had to pay out of pocket.. again gold status warranty that says if my car is in the shop for more then 4 hours then a rental car is provided free of charge ... it also clearly states that labor and diagnostic fees are free with my warranty...they held my car hostage until I paid $119.00 they said I owed... these guys were the worst to deal with! They will never see my business again and hopefully not yours. It's companies like Norris Ford that put a bad taste in your mouth... I will be writing a letter to Ford read more

The Service staff are just incredible. I had major damage on the electronic box on the underside of my car (from what I think was a botched wheel realignment by a generic mechanic chain.) Moe and the team in service diagnosed this problem, assured me it was under warranty, and completely replaced the part within the day! They also reprogrammed my electronic cluster system, as I had suspicions about it, which the Norris team confirmed. I also asked them to give my car a general check up, which they did within the day (no problems found). Again, all of this was with one day. I came in at 7 AM, and I drove it out at 5:30 PM. I also had a cheap oil change; 40$ as opposed to the usual ~80$ for synthetic. The only money I spent at Norris! I can't praise Moe enough for his customer service. Communication was incredible all throughout, including promptly answering an email I sent, as well as calling me at the end of the day to go over with me everything that had been done with my car. Only down side is that they had no loaners for the day. However, Moe called a nearby Enterprise and had them pick me up and take me back to their operation, where I got a rental for the day. Called Norris Ford dealt with Richard in sales. I was looking for a work truck, no one had any except Norris. Richard emailed over the details and pricing he suggested I put down a refundable deposit to hold the truck since I couldn't make it over until the next day. Made an appointment for the next day which was Richard's day off but he came in anyway to help me. When I pulled into Norris the truck was cleaned sitting by the door for me to test drive. I arrived before the appointment time and was looking at the truck was greeted by two people one the Manager and another gentlemen who asked if I needed assistance. The Manager gave me the key and said check it out. They notified Richard I was there and he came out. Did the test drive the paperwork was a breeze no high pressure sales technique. The Finance gentleman was very efficient and pleasant, easy to deal with. This is my second time of purchasing a work truck from Norris Ford and I can say both times I was 100% satisfied and will continue to purchase vehicles from Norris Ford. This dealership has been nothing but exceptional. I purchased a 2015 Focus a year ago, which I loved and unfortunately another driver totaled my car because they failed to look in the blind spot. I was really in a bind as I needed a car for my work, and the process of looking for used 2015 Focus's was extremely time consuming, not to mention other dealerships pulled bait-and-switch tactics on me trying to take advantage of what they perceived as a desperate situation. Enter Norris Ford, of course my number 1 choice for a new car. I worked with Mark Mansfield to purchase a new 2016 Ford Focus and not only was Mark absolutely awesome to work with, he also got me an even better deal than my previous car. I may be telling myself that the car wreck was a blessing in disguise, but either way I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership and of Mark. Great dealership to buy and have your service done. Needed my regular oil change, plus rotation of tires plus a few other things on my 2013 Escape. Bought the car at Norris and it has been a great experience. 110,500 miles. They make it very easy to handle service situations. This time I took the car in to pick up a loaner. When I got there Donna was about to get me the loaner and she said, "Do you have time for us to do it now? It will take less than an hour." I said yes, and 58 minutes later I was driving out of the dealership. Doing it then made the next day much easier--no pick up details.
