Norman's Expert Tree Service did a very good job of removing a damaged tree in the backyard of our property. The price was fair, the work was done in a timely manner and the property was left clean. That is what I appreciated about the interaction with this company.
What was not appreciated was the text I received in the 24 hours after the work was done that basically threatened to return all of the limbs and debris to the driveway of the property if the bill was not paid immediately.
I didn't know this business when I called and asked for them to do the work, but I trusted that they would do what they said they would do and they did. But showing trust in a customer is just as important. Sending this text to your customer after 1 day doesn't show a lot of trust or even that you value your customers. This is what was received:
"Payment is due?"
Then shortly after that, this one followed:
"I saved all of the debris, If im not payed. I will put it in the driveway of that house."
Not appreciated, not even for a moment. I can assure you that I will not be a repeat customer of Norman's Expert Tree Care in the future and cannot endorse them as a company you would want to trust with the work you need done. read more
