We scheduled a date for a month later, and they kept to it exactly, showed up on time with a large crew and appropriate equipment, and removed 2 tight to the house cottonwoods and ground the stumps all in one day. Although this means we'll ultimately have to have a significant amount of the tree pruned, Langley's Tree Specialist went above and beyond to provide me with recommendations, including documentation that I could share with Code Enforcement, to postpone this until January, when the tree would be more able to handle the stress. Such a responsive company! More concerned about the health of the tree than getting the job out o the way and paid for (which I was 100% willing to do to avoid fines, etc.).
