The team at Langley were transparent and clear about how to best take care of our trees and revive them. It turns out we were overwatering the maples and it overwhelmed the tree systems. They were clear and transparent and didn't try to sell us anything for the sake of selling anything. I really appreciate them using their knowledge and transparency. Although they didn't have any services to provide us after the tree diagnosis, I know that we will be contacting them the next growing season for other tree questions we may have. Thanks Langley's!

I had an estimate back from him within a day or two of my request that beat our other bids, even more so with the coupon. We scheduled a date for a month later, and they kept to it exactly, showed up on time with a large crew and appropriate equipment, and removed 2 tight to the house cottonwoods and ground the stumps all in one day. Very professional, dependable, low hassle, and competitive prices. Our neighbors came by to get bids when they saw how efficiently the guys were working! The Jordan team has done a major trim jobs on 2 trees, identified and gave advice for 6 other trees, referred us out for proper Ash Borer prevention services, helped us save several trees, and continues to respond promptly with advice. His communication is clear and his expertise is obvious. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and one of those resources you almost hate to share lol. Trees are so precious for our home cooling, yard enjoyment, wildlife watching, and obviously for our health- give them the best treatment for a long life! I've learned so much about the trees I adore at the properties that I manage, thanks in part to David and co. This is one of those services (like most) where I wouldn't simply go with the cheapest bid. They weren't the cheapest, but that makes sense because they are providing quality work for an important job. In my experience, it can be a good sign that the price matches the quality and employees are seemingly treated well (and more likely to be high quality). No use paying less if someone is going to damage your trees, underestimate to suck you in, or flake out on you, right?

Brian provided a competitive quote after he came to look at the dead tree in our front yard. He also assessed our large elm and recommended trimming for some overgrown branches that could come down in a storm and getting inoculated against a destructive elm beetle (he provided names of other companies that do the inoculation). He gave a discount for the two trees together. I really like that he cares about tree health in our area. They did a great job on both and cleaned up well. I even got some finely ground mulch from the dead tree's stump. When a storm knocked down some large branches from the elm that had been trimmed, they stopped by and removed the branches (no cost). They do great work and Brian is very responsive (I suggest calling Brian's cell phone since it takes longer to hear back after leaving messages at the office and he's more helpful.)
