The breakfast was delicious--my Mom and I both got breakfast bowls and my Dad got eggs, toast, and hashbrowns. We will definitely be returning, perhaps for lunch to try some of their amazing sandwiches!

I have been a loyal customer of Chappy's Deli for decades. I first fell in love with this…read morerestaurant as a teenager and continued supporting it throughout my college years and beyond. Because of that history, it is disappointing to say that my most recent experience left me seriously questioning whether I will continue to patronize this establishment. When placing a large catering order and spending a substantial amount of money, I expected to be treated as a valued customer. Instead, the attitude from management made me feel more like a nuisance than someone supporting their business. Customer service should reflect appreciation for patrons, especially those making significant purchases and returning year after year. The food may still be good, but great food alone does not make for a great customer experience. Respect, professionalism, and gratitude toward customers matter just as much. Long-time customers should never leave feeling as though their business is an inconvenience. It is unfortunate because I have many fond memories associated with Chappy's Deli, but experiences like this make it difficult to justify continuing to spend my hard-earned money where it does not seem to be appreciated.

Passing through and saw great reviews, so thought we would take a chance…read more Let start with the food... Ordered the brisket grilled cheese and ended up with a plain grilled cheese with absolutely no flavor. Had a slice of cake to have a little flavor, but the cake was overly sweet. My friend had banana pudding and it was nowhere near homemade. Not worth the money. The bathroom was not very clean, no soap, so how are these employees washing their hands. Just glad I had something with me to wash up. I wish I saw this before eating, as I would have walked out. As we were eating, the employee came by clearing the tables and pushing in chairs, but never wiped the tables. Trying to figure out how this place gets rave reviews.
