Staff is always friendly and ready to serve you the caffeine fix or in my case the cocktails. I am head over heels on the Lychee Peachy, Espresso Martini or Afterwork Refresher if I am not getting the coffee flights. Trust me, you can't drink just one Lychee Peachy. The coffee flights of chilled coffee are customizable (four options you can choose from a rotating list of regular and seasonal flavors). The flights are so Instagram swoon worthy and art itself. I also can't get over the incredible baked goods like the cream cheese cruffins that I won't share. There is such a selection of breakfast items like the lox and bagel that will taste so good with your coffee. The light bites are so yummy and a meal itself. I highly recommend the steak bites, the shrimp toast and the banh mi board if you had to start with anything. I learned that they have a similar concept at the Golden Triangle where Q's brother is the owner. It's on my list though I am partial and loyal to this location. May all your to-do's turn in to ta-da's! Peaky Peak makes me look forward to tomorrow's coffee.

The Hawaiian motif found around the place is just about as Hawaiian as it gets. The general vibe of this shopping strip is already laid back so that's how it felt even inside. The interior is inviting with a couple prints from Hawaii. One picture reminded me of Kailua while another one is a picture of a lifeguard station. I ordered an iced MacNut Latte. It was definitely tasty and made to order. I also ordered a chupacabra Bonfire burrito. Overall I enjoyed the experience and will be back soon enough. I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. For a MtG prerelease with very limited seats, for a set I was very excited for I called early in the week to understand how they handle prerelease events. Per their site, and Per the conversation with their employee, there wer no pre-event sign-ups, and a half an hour before the event they would start registering people. I asked if there was pre-queueing, and was told that happens, so I asked if showing up fifteen minutes early would give a good chance for making the limited seating. What can I say, I was excited. I invited my friends and we were all going to be there early. In total, five of us. Well, as I was pulling up 15 minutes before the event, I found out they had done a sign up, and before they were even supposed to be starting to register folks, they had run out of seats. And the answer to why they did exactly what they had told us they were not going to do? Management decided the night before to change things. I regret having suggested to my friends that we go there for the event. I regret that those friends purchased a draft box at above MSRP from this store in an attempt to save the evening. I regret that they decided to buy beverages there, as our evening had been ruined by Enchanted Grounds' management team. Will I be back? Maybe. Will I trust them on their event descriptions? Nope.

They offer several sugar-free syrup options on the menu, along with salad mixes for a healthy lunch, protein bars for an on the go snack, and baked goods that looked incredibly fresh. I found the pricing for coffee surprisingly affordable, when compared to several other similar shops around Denver. The barista who greeted me was friendly, upbeat and accommodating, and the breve she crafted for me was delicious! I was also pleasantly surprised to find truvia packets for sweetening next to the cinnamon shaker, in the condiment's section. I look forward to stopping in for another visit, on my next trip to the mall. Definitely recommend trying this spot!
