Make your own sushi rolls - what a great concept. Very reasonably priced as well, starting at $6 and going up from there with optional extras. I made a spicy tuna and tempura shrimp roll with coconut peanut sauce, mango, avocado, and tempura sweet potatoes. It was very good! My only concern is that service is slow. I was the only person in the place and it took about 10 minutes to make my roll. This could be a really big issue if you came when it's busier. read more

They have a nice list of regular rolls, but don't stop there. You can customize your order! They don't have much in the way of seating inside, so if it is the middle of winter, you will want to get your order to go. If it is a nice day, you can eat at one of the little tables in the courtyard. Suchine is located at the back of the Parker Station office building, and cannot be seen from Mainstreet. It's wonderful and if you have any food allergies what so ever they can accommodate you.. you pick the wrap the fish, the veggies, the sauce whatever you want.. vegan, paleo, gluten free.. they can build you a custom sushi role. This is mostly a to-go type spot unless the weather is nice in which case you can sit outside on the patio. There are also some rolls for men like my husband who don't "Do" sushi.. She has the "Man Roll" which has beef and mushroom and the "Nutty Chick" which is tempura chicken with a sweet peanut sauce. Well first off I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from their sushi. I checked the menu online, it had good prices, lots of options. A fast, build your own sushi place. I understand cheap sushi isn't great but I've been to places like this before & they're not bad. When we get there, a sign on the door says you have to order at Indochine, a sit down restaurant next door. The sushi menu was literally half of what was online and twice as expensive. If you didn't want imitation crab you had to pay extra. Not only were we already paying extra, now having to tip, barely any options, and extremely poor quality food, we got food poisoning. I was surprised to walk in and see a table full of business cards. There were only three tables inside and they blocked the entrance to the outside patio seating. Being right next to the hallway inside the Parker Station, we had to deal with the constant noise coming from loud kids and just the bustle of activity from Indochine. Ordering was smooth and the two gentlemen behind the counter seemed nice, but they spent more time joking with each other than serving us. They ignored us for pretty much the first five minutes of my family being there, and then never repeated the order back. When we finally received our food almost half an hour later after ordering, I was really disappointed at the small portions. The fish that we received was so thin and it barely covered the top of the rolls. Some of them had good flavor, but overall I was so disappointed that it didn't live up to expectations. Not only that, there were GLOBS of wasabi everywhere in the togo containers! It was all over the ginger and some of the rolls. The sloppy presentation resulted in some nasty bites. The miso soup was lukewarm and it tasted like some lime or something sour was put in there! There's definitely better sushi restaurants worth visiting around the Parker area like Yutaka or Kimono. Even the sushi I've had at King Soopers was waaaay better than the stuff here. Very disappointed, won't be returning. read more

Fast-casual sushi even for non-sushi types. COOL CREATIVE ROLLS. THAT TASTE GOOD. Too bad they kept it sorta secret. Sounds like they are closing down this cool little experiment (at least the storefront) and consolidating the sushi options with IndoChine next door (owners are same) although they will still hold their classes in the former SuChine space. Both my experiences have been great. Yellow Monk's Roll and Nutty Chicks both delicious--neither contain fish. In fact, Nutty Chicks contains chicken. Basically it's like a chicken spring roll with peanut sauce in sushi form. AHHHHH the inbred clucking fusion! Smooth Operator Roll is also good. They have this create-your-own- roll option thing going, but the pre-created menu stuff looked great so I just went with those, saved energy and was fulfilled. read more

I came to SuChine because it is extremely close to my house. They have an actual restaurant and then they have a sushi shop across the hall to access more guests who are just wanting sushi. There was only one man working and it seemed he had a hard time balancing between the restaurant and the sushi customers. He didn't take too long to make our sushi to go but I didn't feel he was under a lot of stress. You can make your own rolls for around $6 or order pre made rolls. I do like that you can create your own roll with a good amount of options! The pricing is pretty standard sushi prices and they do offer Boba drinks. The shop is small but is great for take out. They have a table with soy sauce and other condiments that you may need and let you take whatever you'd like. Overall I think it was well worth it and the sushi tasted great! read more

First time trying out this Sushi bar tonight and we loved it! Well priced for portions of fish, and was very accommodating with a gluten allergy! It's surprisingly difficult to find good GF sushi bars!! My husband has celiacs disease and they were very accommodating! We will be making this our regular Parker sushi bar! read more

I went here today for lunch for the first time based on the Yelp reviews. There were only 2 employees there, and they seemed pretty busy. It took at least 5 minutes for them to acknowledge I was there. More employees are needed for all their orders coming in. I definitely recommend the Pacific Coast roll. read more

I have seen this place multiple times on the way to buy frozen yogurt for the kids, but didn't get around to checking them out until today. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they are the same owner as Indochine (across the hallway), and had a great conversation with one of the owners who also prepared my rolls. Can't say enough wonderful about this place!!! I love the "Subway" style set up where I can pick my wrap, rice, protein, fillings and toppings. I am not a seafood guy...really don't like it. However, I LOVE SuChine! They have several rolls that are NOT seafood. My favorite is the "Nutty Chick" which is tempura chicken with a peanut sauce. I also really like the "Man Roll" which is a steak roll. They make it fresh in front of you and are really nice people. I highly recommend them for fresh sushi. read more

Yellow monk is vegan! This is a create your own sushi restaurant so it's good for vegan / vegetarians . The sweet sauce is the only vegan sauce I believe. The people are very friendly here. I'm going to come again. read more

I'm surprised SuChine had such good ratings! We just had our first meal here and this is my first time ever leaving a yelp rating. Says a lot. First thing you see when you walk in is a table of business cards (yum!) and the place was dead. Loved the overall concept on their website and figured we would give it a try knowing it was owned by the same owners of Indochine (never tried but figured they should know food being in business so long). The sushi? Bad. Soggy rice. Seaweed was chewy and the rolls were small for a whopping $8. The sauce? Tasted like the bag it was in (way too long in fact!). Next up, the miso. First thing they said (after we were charged), was "we're out of tofu". At that point in time, we were tired of staring at a table full of business cards and just wanted out so we were fine with it. Try miso soup with sesame seeds, mushrooms, miso paste, water and something sour (mystery ingredient). Not good at all. If I were a chef or even an owner, this would be a huge fail! To fail at miso (and of course SUSHI) shows SuChine will not stay in business much longer. Be advised that the place is dead. Now you know why. Indochine will not be a place I try either. I had printed off a deal from Facebook that was $5 off of $15.99 - with no day restrictions. Ordered a Deluxe Sushi tray around 1pm on a Friday before a Facebook update was posted at 2:36pm that stated it was now $5 off of $19.99 - ONLY on Monday and Tuesday - and trays were NOT included. The catering menu in their doorway still reads $36 for a deluxe tray and should be updated or removed. I was then told that the tray prices were the discounted prices and that there coupon would not be allowed. NOWHERE is it indicated that the trays are discounted - how is anyone supposed to know when it's simply posted as the price? Am I to question every price on the menu as to whether or not it's discounted? I understand there may have been an error or mistake made with the coupon company, but it's your responsibility as a business owner to take ownership of these situations. DO NOT make your customers feel like the bad guy because of someone else's mistake. read more

I've ordered from here twice now and both times have been fabulously satisfied with the results. Rolls are prepped quickly, taste great, and the ability to customize is so so soooo awesome. The way it's laid out is super innovative and user-friendly, the costs are reasonable... I don't know if I'll ever get sushi from any other Parker locale again! read more
