I have been doing business with Norflow Pool and Spa for over 10 years and I can't speak more highly of any business! When they installed my huge hot tub on my newly built back deck -they had to use a crane...it was a very complex and potentially dangerous installation as my deck sits four stories above ground. They did an amazing job setting it up and getting all the electrical permits done! The owner always gives me special attention and advice whenever I go in to the store. He knows me by name. We stopped into Norflow this last week to look at Hot Tubs. We weren't quite ready to purchase, just looking at what's out there in our area, initial window shop. We looked at LA Spas as well. The Caldera Spas at Norflow appeared to be more of the quality, style and function we thought worked best for us. The sales person at Norflow, (Cassidy) working solo, was able to handle several customers at once and still make us feel like we were getting taken care of. She was patient, didn't pressure us, and gave us tons of information. What I liked about her best is she made me really want one, as she was intuitive to selling the spa as an experience, keying into the health attributes I was interested in as well as releasing daily stress. The Spa itself (The Tahitian" is beautiful, far more than we were thinking of buying, but she left us strongly with the impression that this was the right purchase for our needs. I have been calling for over a month with maybe one call back but still no appointment. Chris is lovely, he takes the messages over the phone. The owner NEVER returns them. Do not use this firm for any kind of pool maintenance. They do not care about their customers. I hired them to do some concrete work and was told it would be done in two days. Four weeks later and all they have done is make a mess. I have called several times and neither the owner John or his employees seem to know what's going on or care enough to come take a look to evaluate the shoddy work. One repair person has come out three different times and never remembers to bring what he needs to do the job. I'm now looking for someone to correct and finish the job. read more

I have had great experience with Norflow. I had an aging spa and this spring, started to look around for other spas. Norflow is less flashy than some spa showrooms-some of their spas are in a warehouse with pallets of equipment around. However, what this means to me is that they directly service what they sell. Cassidy was very knowledgeable about all of their models, water testing, etc. (This was not the case at all in some other showrooms). The one thing she didnt know off the top of her head, a hidden feature of the spa I purchased, she found out while I was shopping by calling the manufacturer directly. She kept me informed, after the sale, every step of the way between sales and delivery. The delivery was on time and, from my perspective, went smoothly. (However, the delivery was challenging due a rainstorm and having their equipment get stuck against my house. They were able to extricate their equipment without damage, and everything was hooked up, my old spa hauled away, etc all without problems). Cassidy then checked a few days later to make sure everything was working well. So far, the spa is as advertised, and the spa cover assist mechanism makes it so much easier to use the entire spa. Spas are expensive, but is nice to have a company that can service what they sell and who are easy to deal with. read more

We purchased our spa last February and love the spa. We use it almost every night and could not be happier with the spa. We did initially have some trouble upon installation when the spa didn't heat - this was due to our electrician (Sunnyside Electric) who didn't install properly. Cassidy sent someone over right away and got our spa up and running. When we were looking for spas Cassidy was helpful and knowledgeable and showed us the type of spa we were interested in without trying to get us to purchase more than we wanted. read more

The technician had no clue what he was doing. He took an hour and a half with multiple calls back to the office for advice. They charged $102 an hour plus a gas fee. What a disappointment, I would shop around for someone who knows what they're doing. read more

Recently went to Norflow to consider a spa tub! Our experience was great. Our sales person was Cassidy and we found her to be knowledgeable, solutions oriented and open to your needs! She came in on days off to accommodate our schedule, which we appreciated. The product we purchased, so far, is awesome. Our purchase choice was the Martinique and its perfect for our needs! Cassidy helped us hone in on our final purchase, ensured its timely delivery (there were some problems with the factory scheduling b/c of holidays) and resolved the few bumps that presented to our timeline, which was great b/c we were involved in a big yard construction project that the tub was a part of. Delay, would have been more than a disappointment, but also a construction interruption!!!! So thanks to all who involved at Norflow (owner was also helpful and all around nice guy)!
