Nordies gets customer service. No matter what we're shopping for, there is always a friendly associate there to greet and assist us. Our first visit upon moving to the Park Meadows neighborhood was to purchase a trendy pair of shoes that my daughter HAD to have. Nordstrom listed the brand online and we were able to find a wide variety of colors in store. YAY! As soon as we had narrowed down the perfect color, there was a sales person at our side. He measured feet, grabbed a couple of sizes from the back and recommended some totes adorbs boots for said spoiled kiddo for the upcoming fall. When we were on the hunt for a simple chain, we only saw the kind with pendants on them. The jewelry department actually referred us to another store instead of trying to sell us a chain and pendant. I appreciate integrity and you've now doubly earned our future business. Name brands + seemingly endless selection + friendly sales people = happy lifelong customers. read more

My feet suck. No, really. I have 0 arches and my feet are extremely flat. Not to mention that I had a motorcycle accident a few years back and that just screwed my ankle up even worse. Regardless, where I'm going with this is that it's hard for me to find good, comfortable shoes that I can walk around in. The salesman at Nordstrom's was extremely helpful and brought me out like 10 different pairs of shoes to fit on my sucko feet. I love knowing that my good friend Nordstrom is just a short drive away from my work. It's like having a giant closet within easy reach. Only problem is I have to pay for what is in that closet. Life's rules are a bitch sometimes. Usually, I find myself shopping nordstrom.com, but in this case I had to return some items that just didn't fit right. Voila! I bring it down here and get a replacement in a matter of minutes. No complaints, no shrugs of indifference by the staff. Just a friendly greeting and "yes". That's what I like to hear. I have been buying my shoes from him for at least 5 or 6 years now. However, their Trish McEvoy counter was pretty useless. You could tell they were out of all kinds of stock which always irritates the PISS out of me, Oh well. It't not the end of the world, since there is a MAC counter next store. I stopped at Nordstrom for their anniversary sale, it was a Monday and not busy at all. I was browsing for about an hour, there's a lady downstairs with gray hair by the face creams spot that as soon as I walked up she immediately walked away and ignored me, twice, but when another white lady came up she rapidly came and helped her, very chatty and smiling. I'm not sure what her deal was but I did feel a little discriminated. Not returning to this store. read more

- PSA - Chances are, if you are a woman, you are wearing the wrong size bra. Yes, that's right... I said it. Recently I discovered the wonderful customer service in Nordstrom's lingerie department. I do have to say that the service here was not as exceptional as another that I went to in CA, so that is why... no 5 stars for you! I had to wait for about 10 minutes outside the women's lingerie fitting room before someone finally asked if I wanted help with something. Granted, I was there on the weekend of an Anniversary Sale, so the women in the department were noticeably busy. Anyways, I digress. If you have the money and time, I highly recommend that you stop off here and get measured. It turns out I've been wearing the wrong size bra for who knows how long! The selection in the store area doesn't look that vast, but they've got this gigantic room in the back that their associates pull from so no matter what you are looking for it's highly likely that they will have it! I am so grateful to my reduced back issues because of my new bras, that I have decided that I will shop here exclusively for undergarments from here on out. As if all this wasn't enough, bonus points for having cute, sexy, and extremely feminine bras for women who wear something bigger then a C. I should mention that I've been measured at Victoria's Secret as well and they told me the wrong size to wear... P.S. Nordstrom's carries an extensive selection of Spanx. read more

Knocked out a star because this is a smaller Nordstrom and under construction. I walked around and in the beauty department the ladies were friendly. As was the shoe department. But when I was upstairs for apparel, no one greeted me which was odd for Nordstorm. When I asked about the Cafe (under construction) the lady answered with a smile, but usually I don't have to hunt anyone down to ask a question in a Nordstrom. Maybe the construction is throwing the upstairs staff for a loop. But I love nordstrom! read more

Let me just say this experience was as good as it gets and much better than my awful experience at Men's warehouse earlier in the day. In and out of the store within about 45 minutes after going in to buy a suit. We had a sales associate named Zaki who was very helpful and informative. And even though they didn't have the particular color and size I wanted they offered to ship to my local nordstroms out in LA for free of charge. I also really like the fact that nordstroms doesn't charge exorbitant alteration fees, so the price you see is the price you pay. When buying a suit at least, I would certainly recommend going to Nordstroms over any other men's retail suit shop as the experience anywhere else is going to be second fiddle. read more

Nordstrom is great! There is a reason they are consistently voted best customer service for ANYTHING ANYWHERE. It doesn't matter if you are buying a $20 pair of socks or a $2000 Canali suit they treat you the same no matter what. They have exceptional quality clothes that is priced fairly (for high quality clothing) and they will price match if you find a better deal somewhere else. They work hard to make sure your extremely satisfied with your purchase and if you ever aren't satisfied they make it right. The sales people are helpful, friendly and professional. I bought a $215 pair of Seven jeans from there a year ago and the seam broke in the crotch and I took them back with no receipt and they gave me a brand new pair with no hassle whatsoever. WOW!!!!!!! Where else would you get service like that and a company that actually backs what they sell (imagine that). I'm a big fan of Nordstrom and will be a customer there for a long long time. read more

It is unfortunate but this location has been going downhill ever since their long time GM, Michael Brooks, left. Revolving door of employees, fashion choices that only fit skinny people. I was in the other day as I was having an issue with one of my purchases, the clerk who was new, asked another person for assistance, that person told me that I would need to send the item to the manufacturer for repair. In the past Nordstrom would have taken care of every detail, apparently neither person I spoke to had been trained in the policies of the company or trained period on customer service. Continuing this level of service will be the downfall of this GM if they don't step up their game as I will think twice about stepping back in this particular location While it was nice for the store to promise to do better in the future, there was no request to come in today to make things right, still leaving me holding the bag. Shoe department customer service has completely gone down hill in customer service they lost my shoes I bought that were being stretched and no care of the matter what so ever! Meh just about sums it up. Nothing special here, just overpriced stuff. I wouldn't mind paying for some of it if I got some service. I have been in on 4 separate occasions looking at watches. I planned on making a purchase if anyone ever came to help me, but they never did. I am not in the business of tracking people down so I can buy something. If you want me to buy your stuff, you can come to me. I noticed the one time I came in dressed up nice, I got service almost immediately. You assume because this is a high end store that the service would be amazing. It is putrid. My mother and I were shopping for a dress upstairs for my sisters upcoming wedding. Nicole was so rude. Looked us up and down and decided she did not have any interest in assisting us. Hesitantly started us a room. Walked us back and never came back again. Did not ask what the occasion was. Did not offer other dress sizes. I had to run around as my mom needed a different size and get it myself. I spoke with the store manager Antoinette. She did nothing but offer an apology. Your in the business of service. You pride yourself on offering high end items but I would have received better service at a Dillards. read more

I am normally not one to write unhappy reviews but this store has been an extreme disappointment. I have been a loyal Nordstrom customer for multiple years, spending thousands of dollars at this department store. Mainly for how great their customer service is. I definitely will NOT be shopping at Nordstrom anymore due to the customer service at this location. I ordered a bridesmaid dress through the bridal department (in which the EXACT same dress I could order online - same size, color, and style - but tried the dress on in the store and then just had them order it for me for the convenience of me not having to order the dress myself). The dress was $260 before tax (which once the dress comes in, they will charge taxes) and is now on sale for $155.98. I called the Park Meadows bridal department and spoke with Heather Serviss and she stated that there is no way that they will be able to price adjust (as Nordstrom ALWAYS does) because they special ordered the dress. This makes absolutely no sense because the dress is and was available in the same color and size online when I bought it. DO NOT buy your bridesmaid dresses through this department. If you need to buy one, go online. I was going to have my 8 bridesmaids purchase their dresses through Nordstrom but will now be going elsewhere. I also will not have my dress altered at Nordstrom and will spend the extra $100 at a local alteration instead of this awful location. Very unhappy. read more

Terrible. If you are looking to get your bridesmaids dresses here, please change your mind. If I could give this a negative star review, I would. My best friend is getting married in October, and we ordered our dresses for the bridesmaids in March. That's SEVEN MONTHS and they JUST told her they can't get them here for the wedding. That means that she will have to change her wedding colors... So pretty much the WHOLE WEDDING theme in one month. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Nordstrom. They didn't even offer to pay for the dresses or comp her for anything. I have been a part of many weddings and this was BY FAR the worst bridesmaid dress experience I have ever had. I still love Nordstroms. At one point in my career I needed to wear suits everyday and I bought them all from Nordstroms. The customer service is still as good as then and although I enjoy a good bargin at the thrift stores for most of my clothes I buy face care products here. I am using the osmotics brand right now and their customer service and free spa treatments will keep me coming back. read more

I bought my wedding dress at Nordstrom Park Meadows but the bridal suite closed after my purchase. I wasn't able to attend my last fitting because my fiance (now husband) was diagnosed with advanced colon cancer two months before the wedding, and I live in Boston (even though I'm from Colorado and was having the wedding in Colorado). The Park Meadows managers agreed to ship my wedding dress overnight to a Nordstrom in Natick near Boston so I could have my final fitting, but they messed up the shipping and did ground versus overnight shipping. I spent many hours on the phone with UPS and Nordstrom representatives who said the box was marked wrong and the solution was to have the store recall the package and have it reshipped as overnight air. I left many emails and messages and received zero follow-up. The dress did not arrive for another seven days -- when it should have come in one day --making for a tight timeline to get alterations done (I had to schedule the alteration appointment around my fiance's colon removal surgery and chemo treatments). When the dress did arrive to the Natick store, I got to the store for a scheduled fitting only to find out that the dress had been lost. After an hour and a meltdown from me, they were able to recover it from a shipping container, but it was poorly packaged. Not to risk losing the dress again, I flew back with the dress and brought the dress to Nordstrom Park Meadows to be pressed. They said that the dress would be un-bustled so that I could have it ready for the wedding. Come day of the wedding I pull the dress out of the cover bag to put it on, and the dress is fully bustled (everyone knows that you do not wear a bustled wedding gown until the reception at the end of the night). My mother had to quickly undo the complex bustle while my photographer and videographer waited. Unfortunately, she missed un-bustling a section unbeknownst to me and the dress ended up with extra volume where it shouldn't have been and you can see it in all my pictures. This should not have been an issue at all if the dress was properly un-bustled as promised. All in all, I had a terrible experience. Being a bride is stressful in and of itself. Being a bride and having to track down your wedding dress while dealing with the emotional roller coaster of discovering that your fiance has cancer, is next level stress. read more

The customer service is simply terrific! From cosmetics to mens and womens shoe departments, home department, sportswear, children's etc. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you find anything you need. Today we encountered this lady working at children's shoe department. She just went above and beyond to make sure my kid got the shoes he liked, made suggestions for different styles, ran back and forth to the backroom to get different sizes, and even fitted them herself to make sure they fit properly and were comfortable. Wow what a great employee. I wished I could tip her. Nordstrom must treat their employees really well b/c for many years I have shopped here, I have always experienced super friendly customer service, everyone seems to be just happy to work there. read more

Horrible customer service! I came in to Nordstrom because I purchased a shirt a few days earlier and realized I needed to get it tailored. I called before showing up to the store and was told I could drop off my shirt after being fitted and pick it up next day. Once I arrived I was bounced around three different sales representatives and told to go to Nordstrom Rack since I purchased the shirt there. I let them know what the representative had told me on the phone and they were unwilling to help me until I plead my case. They were finally willing to help me with the fitting and then told me to take my shirt to Nordstrom Rack to have the work done. After letting them know I was displeased with the service they budged and said they would transport my shirt (which is right across the street). Nordstrom has quality clothing but very poor representatives as the face of their store. I will no longer shop at this location because of the way I was treated. Working in the financial service industry my coworkers and myself do a lot of business at stores like this and I will be sure to spread the word. It is disappointing that their representatives are so difficult to work with and do the job they are paid to do. read more

I shop at the Cherry Creek Nordstom often, but this one is a lot closer to home so my wife and I went to this Park Meadows location so she could get a new pair of shoes. Our customer service experiences at Cherry Creek, Mall of America, and Fashion mall in Las Vegas has always been phenomenal so we expected the same thing here...not so much. The shoe salesman in a bow tie truly treated us as irrelevant, even walking away from us to find someone new to help. I wish I got his name because it is the opposite of what should be expected at Nordstrom. He belongs at Payless. read more

I have shopped at Nordstrom for years and have spent a lot of money there throughout the years. I bought a pair or Gucci sandals that WERE NOT CHEAP, wore them once IN THE HOUSE, just to see how they felt, they weren't comfortable which is fine whatever. Called the store telling me the situation and the lady said it was fine to return them being worn only once in the house. I brought them in and they told me that they could not return them because the tread looks bad. The tread is exactly how they were when I bought them.. this is ridiculous and this experience has probably ruined Nordstrom for me completely read more

Wow. I made an appointment for New Years Eve at MAC to get my makeup done (loyal customer) and arrive and they are closing. The person who made my appointment must have not known this. This is very disappointing. A call would have been at the very least expected. I rearranged my schedule and drove in cold and snowy conditions just for this appointment.
