I had a terrible experience here. I needed a time-sensitive and incredibly important medication. On…read moreMonday both myself and my doctor asked if they could make it and clarified it was a very specialized dose. The pharmacy assured us they could. I emphasized that I needed to know for sure because if they couldn't, I had to start a different medication ASAP or it would be too late for that medicine to help me. I even asked them to check with the pharmacist to be ABSOLUTELY sure they could make it because most compounding pharmacies can't. They said they checked, they can, and they have all the ingredients needed. They even required me to pay in advance over the phone and I did. Tuesday I was told it would be ready Wednesday and was actively being formulated. Wednesday morning I got a call saying not only do they not actually have the ingredients they told me they had, but this wasn't a medication they can even process because they are unwilling to purchase the ingredient they don't have. I emphasized that I planned my entire treatment regimen around this specific medication and am now left with no options because it's too late to use the other medication. Not only that, it will be next week before I get a refund because it takes several business days. They claimed to have the ingredients and didn't, and claimed it was actively being formulated Tuesday. Either it wasn't, or it was and they chose to wait a full day to tell me they couldn't make it. Either way is inexcusable.

They rarely answer their phone, and on the rare occasion someone does pick up, the staff is rude and unhelpful. I've also paid the extra $35 for priority express mail delivery, which is advertised as arriving within 2-3 days, yet my medications still take 7-10 days to show up. On multiple occasions, they have "lost" my refill and only seem to "find" it after I've called repeatedly -- sometimes 5-7 times -- just to get someone to respond. Absolute worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Your still paid by my insurance as of this moment. You sure you care about people? I just wanted to know who to avoid and you refused my medical care. Shame on you and you fake concern. If you are filling any type of mental health medication, find anywhere but here. My pharmacists recommended this as my other of many years had some failures. I have to have delivery due to my work hours. They use a courier service. The showed up 45 minutes before they stated before 730 am. I specifically told them that I hold the same hours. They got my delivery information. I told them I could have one of my medical couriers or my boyfriend pick it up and I was told they do not allow other people to pick it up. Which is wild considering they will let you sign the day before to be left outside if you are not home. I was trying to wrap my head around this being a new patient. If you ask any questions or point out how frustrated you are because you are completely out of medication you will get screamed at and oh, don't dare ask for their name. They unlike every medical professional on the planet will not give you the name of the pharmacist that screamed at you no matter how many time you ask, said the "manager" who sounded super familiar to the one who yelled. Fun fact- right after that they reversed and refused to fill my necessary medication for a chemical imbalance. I hate that I had to leave my other decent human being having pharmacy just to be treated like trash. If you require daily medication please save yourself. I will not be getting anything because I do not have a pharmacy, I cannot go to one during regular hours. They will allow you to come off of medication that will cause serious withdrawal and most likely a week of mania. Also-you can't just get new covered by insurance instantly nor did I get any refund. I came to see the reply but I can't I do have all of the interactions recorded I would be happy to share since you think that medical professionals should talk to patients that way. All your 1 stars are the same... Also- I would love to see the video of me.... since I was on the phone. I will send you my recorded call if you want to swap?
