Or seem so impatient on the phone when I called to ask questions about what I used to be able to look up online. What's my option for shopping? I can call down and if they're busy, no one can go look for anything, I can come down and search around, and hopefully they have what I want. Or... If I know exactly what I want, I jump on Amazon, look it up and order it. And let me be clear: I really am not a fan of Amazon. I think they're the devil. I am more than willing to pay more for the convenience of local store stores, and I also like supporting local businesses. Wizard's Chest needs to figure out what it wants to be. I'd suggest bringing back the ability to look up items online, and failing that, make sure all the staff understands positive service for people who call up and ask questions. I'd be more than willing to pay a little more for the convenience of picking it up the same day.

Walking around I quickly realized that thinking this place is just another Spirit Halloween store, is like thinking King Soopers is just another Starbucks Coffee place. The inventory at Reinke's is incredible. Yes, it has costumes for Halloween for that one month out of twelve where they celebrate that holiday and host a haunted house. But the rest of the year this place has everything you'd possibly want to host a Star Wars themed party, St. Patrick's Day bash, Mardi Gras gathering, create a magic show or produce a Broadway play. Room after room are filled with every imaginable item to change your appearance from scary to sexy. They also have makeup, masks, stage props and lots of different magic tricks. They fit my daughter with a shoe that was too wide, told her she looked great in it, and sent her on her way. She ended up with a broken toe because there was too much pressure on her toes. Once she was fitted with a new shoe from a different ballet store, we tried to return the unopened shoe and were told we could only have a store credit or a direct exchange. They would not refund it back to our card. Given that we never want to shop there again, we had no need for a store credit. I would highly encourage you to go to Assemble Dance instead.
