I asked if they had computers available that I could use to access my email and print my documents. No one bothered to tell me that some of the computers had printing issues and others had keyboard problems. Instead, I ended up logging into three different computers and paying a fee each time because no one provided that information upfront. Finally, when I asked one of the staff members for help, he told me I could email the documents to them and they could print them directly. That didn't work either. He then told me to send the documents to another email address so they could print them for me. What should have been a simple 10-minute task turned into a 30-minute ordeal because of poor communication and customer service. To make matters worse, I was charged almost $10 just to print two copies, which I found ridiculous. The biggest issue wasn't even the cost--it was the lack of basic customer service and communication. If someone had simply explained the computer and printing issues when I first asked, I could have avoided wasting my time and being charged multiple times. I will not be returning to this location.

I found this spot on Yelp and saw all the great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I was thinking about going to UPS but didn't want to risk any mistakes that could delay my renewal. I walked in and was helped right away by a very friendly lady. She took my photo and had everything done in less than five minutes. Super quick and easy experience. I definitely recommend this place if you need passport photos done right.
