The woman who answered in Astoria was rude and and told me that I wasn't qualified for a replacement. I would have to wait another year. I then I got a text from a Brad in Tillamook that I am qualified for a replacement. I called that number and was told that they don't have a Brad working for them. She didn't ask for my name to look up my case or anything. I am very disappointed that they were so rude and unhelpful. I have to either rent a machine or buy one. I am 71 years old and have central sleep apnea from a stroke. I am on Medicare and can't afford either option. I worked in sales for half of my life and if I answered the phone I would do anything in my power to help my customer.

It was then scheduled for the following week to be installed. On the day of installation they never showed up or called. It was not until the next day when I reached out did we find out that the device was on back order and should be at their offices in the next few days. Three weeks later and many phone calls to them (they never called me) we set up a date to get it installed. The device was installed on a Thursday. Within 30 minutes of the tech leaving (techs were great) the device began to go off for no apparent reason. My mother was up half the night answering Life Alerts calls, afraid that they were going to send an ambulance that she would have to pay for. The next day I contacted North Coast Home Health Services about the issue. They said that the fall monitors are very sensitive and that they are usually only given to patients that are bed ridden. Nice to find that out three weeks later. I asked them to switch to the regular monitor. They had a tech there that day to replace it (again tech was great). Within a half hour the devices started going off again. It went off 5 times in the first hour. In talking with the callers they said that we would need to contact the techs about the problem. We called at 4:45pm, but both offices were closed for the weekend. The device was unplugged so that it was not going off all weekend. We called on Monday morning and explained what happened and asked them to come and pick up their equipment and issue us a refund. They said that they would send one out that day to get the equipment but that no refund could be issued since they techs did their job and since we started the service for the month. We are now out $130 for a device that did not work and a month subscription that cannot be used. Cannot be more disappointed with the lack of empathy and customer service we received from this company.

This place has all of your home health care needs, diabetic supplies, durable medical goods, CPAP / BiPap Machines, special shoes, inserts, orthotics, and more. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, over the top friendly service, personalized care and attention, and ease of ordering. They handled for me in one day what it took the other P-word place in PDX 3 months to still fail and fowl up. I am still amazed and angry that I wasted so much time with that ass-clown. So most everything you could need as far as medical supplies are concerned, really awesome staff, two cute Doxie dogs, and one massive Great Dane make this the best spot in Astoria for doing my medical supply business. The uber-gorgeous redhead who gets my sick sense of humour and is my customer service representative doesn't hurt either. (wink) There is a reason that they have been around for so long and have a solid reputation. Great family run place.

They are drop dead cheaper than even the discount stores and often give away excess. The state has demanded they add tax to their sales so... They have an array of equipment. Much of it is way below market. My friends have gotten everything from canes to wheelchairs and walkers there and been happy with the equipment and cost. They are volunteer run so do not expect sales people. Neither are they brand dependent or loyal. What they know, they know from experience, not dealer training. They don't have everything all the time, but ask. You never know.

I called my doctors office and said I need a new supplier this is getting ridiculous. I'm doing their job for them and making sure the orders are put in on time and what not so they said OK well if you want somebody local, how about trying North, Coast home care and I said sounds good they said yeah they're in Tillamook so they're only a little bit north of you so for over the last four years I have had over the top. Excellent customer service whether I called in to ask a question or I had to take the machine in for an adjustment on the programming, they call me every 90 days and I was contacted yesterday about ordering supplies and was told it would be at my door in about three days well it got here at noon today
