Innovative sleep center sent narco my prescription on the 14th of April but they said they did not receive it until it was sent a second time on the 18th. I'm still waiting to get a call for an appointment and it's now May 3rd. I guess I will have to take my business somewhere else. read more

I called all over for a nebulizer part and every single place said to call Norco. I called them. They will not sell me one. What a SCAM! My husband needed a walker and a cane for post knee replacement surgery. I found both items on Amazon very reasonably priced. His ortho doc put an order with Norco for the medical equipment. I called Norco and was advised they are getting it approved thru our insurance. I told them I would buy on Amazon unless our insurance covered it in full. I got a call it was approved by insurance and was ready for pickup. I asked again if there was any out of pocket expense to me and was told the insurance approved it. Now, a month later I get a bill for" the 'deductible'. Our out of pocket cost is $40 MORE than the full purchase price on Amazon for an identical walker and similar cane. What an absolute SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a Respironics REMstar Pro M Series CPAP with C-Flex, Humidifier, and SmartCard by Philips Respironics from the Longview store in Washington. I could never get used to using a CPAP but held on to it in it's case since then. It still looks new and works. I paid for a new machine, but took into the Portland store today only to learn that I'd purchased a USED machine and several wires had been spliced and taped together. This was not only customer fraud on several levels, but also MEDICARE fraud and I will need to report this to them as well and to my insurance carrier. ordered oxygen for my husband to be delivered, on wednesday, called at 6 pm answering service called and got confirmation that it would be delivered sometime that evening, never got here!! called in the morning trying to get through on their phones and anybody to help is ridiculous, we have to have the cylinder today as we have appointments in portland and norco sounds like "oh well" you can stop by and pick some up if you want. after 4 phone calls today someone is "supposed" to be delivering it here by 11:30 today. have been on their service for about a month now and all i can say is customer care is not good!!!! I needed my nebulizer for a breathing treatment for my asthma. I had never talked to this company before. My doctor wrote me a prescription for it and said it would be delivered within a week or so. I know how the insurance game works. But THEN. a half hour later I get a call from the amazing Katrina (hope the spelling is right) informing me that she is processing my order right now, and has a question. She has to call my insurance company to verify a strange issue. Called me back within an hour, i drove the hour to Longview and picked it up. They had it ready and were so nice and helpful! I wish I had more time to look around. I have been in health care for 10 years, I can't wait to refer more clients and people for their services!!!!! I went into the store today and saw the manager pull an employee into the office and when the employee tried to get up and leave the manager blocked her and wouldn't let her and proceeded to yell at her. Then I heard the employee ask to be able to leave the office and she was told no, and again kept in the office against her will. This is NOT how a manager should treat their employees or run their company. This needs to be handled by upper management immediately. read more

Hi, I visited Norco in Longview today, 7/28/2021, with an expensive walker I had purchased from this Norco Store in Longview. My walker had a cable that had come loose and I asked if they could repair it. The answer was not only NO but they told me, basically, I should look elsewhere on my own. They appeared not to have any feeling of responsibility to even direct me toward where I could get support but to look it up on my own. I also noted the store was just about empty of items, about ¼ full. I asked why the store looked empty and was told, "we keep selling items." No comment on why they might not being able to buy new items. I called and asked them if they where going out of business due to the lack of merchandise and not wanting to take on any responsibility for the walker they had sold me. read more

This review is for the CPAP/APAP equipment part of the business. My experience here was top notch. Coming from another dealer that was not very good, especially the billing dept., Norco is the answer to my CPAP needs. Danielle was very helpful during our appointment, and especially afterwards. The mask I tried didn't work for me and being 40 miles away, I didn't want to drive back in just to get a new version of the mask I use. Danielle shipped me a new mask right away.
