Their ice blended avocado smoothie with boba is amazing! My boyfriend really loved their BBQ pork sandwich and their old fashioned chocolate donut is great too! Came here and got a dozen assorted. My total came to $11.50. Way too pricy in my opinion. The overall taste was good. Nothing was dry or stale and the apple fritters were really good. I just think their price point it a little high (that's why I dinged off 1 star). read more

I really love this place. They have everything from donuts to sandwiches, coffee, snacks, and boba. I like the taste of their breakfast sandwiches instead of Starbucks which is in the same facility as this place. The only thing that kinda sucks is that it takes forever to get your food. Me and my boyfriend love this place for fresh donuts and boba. Both are always delicious but I am giving this place 3 stars due to our customer service experiences. The lady that usually works there can be shady at times. For example, we ordered our drinks and one had practically no boba and we did not want to pay for it cause that's kind of the whole of the point, anyway after going back and forth for about 15 minutes she finally told us she was out of boba and that's why there was hardly any in our second drink. BBQ pork sandwich is not bad. Tasty. Interesting though. It what I thought to be Vietnamese style BBq pork sandwich, but they used Chinese Char Siu instead of Vietnamese Thit Nguong - BBQ Grill Pork. Wasn't what I expected. Tasty nevertheless. For 4.50 is reasonable in this area. Vietnamese iced coffee was good. Not too sweet. They sell five spring rolls for six, I did not get a chance to try. Must come back. She was awfully slow, running around like headless chickens though. Not a great place for time crunch lunch unless you call ahead. read more

I really like this place. I usually get donuts or a bagel. All the coffees and iced drinks I've tried have been really good. (Blended White Mocha anyone?) I went there this morning for a bagel with egg and bacon. The warmed the bagel in a microwave. Put one slice of fat covered bacon on it and a ton of egg. I love their doughnuts so this was disappointing. Very mad I couldn't even eat it! read more

I was having some serious donut cravings this morning. I saw that some Yelpers posted a picture of their maple donut with a slice of crisp bacon in top from this place. I'm there dude!! They also offered a large variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches along with iced coffee and smoothies that you can add boba to. I ended up ordering a vanilla ice blended, caramel ice blended (both with boba) , BBQ pork Vietnamese sandwich, and a roast beef on wheat. The iced blended drinks were so good! Hubby liked it more than coffee bean (which is his favorite!) Although, the boba felt a bit mushy. I really enjoyed the BBQ pork sandwich. It had a lot of flavor and the French roll was fresh and perfectly toasted. I took my ordered to go and realized half way done with sandwich that I forgot to order what I really came there for... My maple bacon donut :( oh well, it gives me a reason to come back soon. read more

I love this shop so much!! The woman who works there every Saturday is so sweet, she is always remembers me and my daughter and asks how we have been. First Yelp review, and I can't believe it is for this place. I travel for a living and use Yelp daily for finding good eats, but this little gem in my home town has finally inspired me to rate and write a review. You wouldn't think much of it by the look of their shop. But I must say, they have some awesome boba smoothies - LOVE the taro boba! Fresh donuts, great vietnamese iced coffee (be forewarned though, stronger than starbucks' black eye). This is always a must stop on our san diego trips. Also a must have is their banh mi, as far as i'm concerned - the best banh mi in california, beats little saigon places in garden grove by far. read more
