We recently completed a large-scale backyard renovation with Stones Landscaping, and are quite…read morepleased with the results. This involved pouring over 1,500 sq. ft. of concrete, a large retaining wall, a patio deck, a new lawn, and a playground area. Here were some of the highlights of my experience: - Design Guidance: I relied heavily on Baltazar's experience and keen sense of design. His elegant hardscaping solution for the pool transition zones exceeded my expectations and tied the yard together perfectly. - The grading and drainage were very well done. Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. Props to Gladys and Dahlia! Highly recommended!

We requested Carlos give us a quote for grass installation in our backyard, and he responded immediately, came out to take measurements, and gave us a great quote. Once we agreed, he quickly scheduled the installation. He and his men said it would take two days, and they were totally correct - at the end of two days we had an amazing yard at great value. It was an excellent investment; we loved spending in our backyard after that. We asked All Green Scape to come out again to install even more grass, and they once again provided excellent service in an incredibly timely manner. The grass has thrived beautifully- it is really high quality, both lush and soft. Kids love to roll around on it and play on it all day long. All Green Scape also does our weekly garden maintenance and it's been great as well. You can tell everyone at All Green Scape sincerely cares about making sure their customer's gardens are beautiful, and I really appreciate their expertise and hard wo. I would heartily recommend anyone looking to install grass and make their gardens beautiful reach out to Carlos at All Green Scape.

I got a couple of quotes through Yelp, but ultimately decided to go with Kay Green -- and I'm so glad I did. It took Young and his crew about a day and a half to complete the project. We ran into a few unexpected issues during the project, but Young was always upfront about what was happening and communicated his solutions clearly. They ruined and broke numerous branches while admitting that these plants are very delicate. They rushed the job that should have been at least two hours and finished in one hour. I should have stopped them after the owner told me to go inside and they will let me know when they were done. You never tell someone that's paying you $500 dollars to take your time and do a professional job to go inside. I should have told him to get the F off of my property and hired someone else. I would have been better off hiring men from Home Depot. Totally unprofessional, rushed the job, ruined a couple of plants and didn't give a shit how it looked, even after I showed the owner the damaged plants and all the broken branches only to find more as the branches dried out in the weeks to come. He tells me the plants are delicate, but yet they didn't treat them that way. I will never hire this unprofessional company again and recommend that you don't hire them either. They have plenty of help to do a good job, but refuse to do so. This was a total rip off job to the tune of $500. I'm so sorry I hired this clown to do this job, every time I look at what they did it makes me sick and pissed that I didn't throw them off my property and paid them nothing. I've waited weeks to write this review, in hopes that the job would look better, but it doesn't. Thanks a lot, KAY GREEN LANDSCAPING FOR DOING A SHITTY JOB AND TELLING ME TO GO INSIDE. I should have kicked your ass to the curb and told you to take a hike.

Working with Southbay Design and Landscaping was smooth through the entire process. We completed a…read morefull backyard renovation starting with a full demo, leaving 3 established large trees. SB took 1 week on demo, and immediately got to work leveling the ground to begin putting the rough layout in place. Throughout the entirety of the 2 months build (spot on with their estimate), we were either in daily communication on-site or received daily video updates by Danny or Marcus. Each milestone was clear and completed to a high standard. Danny the on-site foreman was a pleasure to work with, attentive, and always gave great options or discussed ideas we presented when solving any on-site questions to work through. Danny was on-site daily for at least half the day, if not most of the day. Marcus and Matt were both helpful, straight forward, and great to work with. Marcus assisted us in picking out rocks, and some on-site work to provide us with a second bid per our request, for the front yard turf once we saw how good the backyard turned out. While our review specifically highlights key individuals, honestly the entire crew who worked on our yard were skilled, respectful, and promptly on site by 7:45a daily. We knew what to expect, noticed how thorough their work was, and saw hard work daily. The front yard had an irrigation mix up which resulted in the incorrect lines flowing water. They were receptive and took immediate action to make it right without any problem. We would hire or recommend the Southbay Design and Landscaping crew no question on future builds. Thank you for such an awesome process throughout, and a beautiful yard to enjoy.

If you're considering a landscape project, I would strongly recommend talking to Southbay. Their quality of work, professionalism, and execution are exceptional.
