    Was set up incorrectly in the front of the house. :(

    Absolute trash of a company. I booked a jumped with them a week prior to the event. When they sent the confirmation of the setup time, it said explicitly between 11am-11:30am. However, what happened instead was that the driver came around 10am. I was already out running last minute errands for the party since I didn't expect them until 11 at the earliest. The driver knocked on my door when I was not home but my non-speaking in-laws were. The driver then decided that since nothing can be communicated, the driver would just set it up wherever (this being the front of the house instead of the back, which was what we were planning on). He then leaves and when I come back and find that it was set up early in the wrong place, I sent a message to the person who sent me the confirmation text. When I stated that the jumper was dropped off early and was not set up in the right place, the person texted back with: "The driver is probably in the area. They will still pickup as scheduled. Someone must have shown them where to setup.' This said NOTHING about fixing the problem I had. I texted back that they had came by early without me being there, set up in the wrong place, and I guess they also forgot to get paid. I don't mind paying for the service I am requesting but this was unbelievable. After this text to the person on the other end, she called me to essentially yell at me saying that the driver would not set up the jumper anywhere that someone didn't tell them to. So I guess according to her my non-english speaking in-laws said to the driver to it up in the front of the house????? HOW?!?!? She was completely insistent that they did nothing wrong. Nope, they set up early and that's that. Nope, there HAD to be someone who told the driver to set up in the wrong place even if no one speaks english. And nope, the driver wasn't supposed to get paid when they dropped it off. That was her stance and there was nothing they did wrong. She didn't even start with I am sorry that there was an issue, how can we fix this? NOPE! That's not how this company works. The person I was talking to wasn't willing to take any responsibility. If you read some of the other negative reviews, you will see that they cancel your reservation. They had also threatened to cancel my reservation too but I countered that they had already dropped off the jumper and it's on my property AND I haven't paid yet. She then threatened me that she would just have the driver come by pick up the jumper. Again, since it was already on my property, I had then told her I would charge them for trespassing if they did that. Needless to say she was not willing to listen until I forced her to stop talking, listen, and come up with a solution. I didn't care for any of her 'justified excuses' since I only really want a jumper for the event but wasn't sure if there was a good last minute solution. I figured I should just suck it up so I can have a good day for my daughter that I got lady to calm down and be more amiable to a an acceptable solution did everything eventually work out. However, all this trouble and attitude was completely unnecessary from the lady who answers their phones. If I could go back and decide who to rent a jumper from, it would DEFINITELY NOT be from Norcal Jumpers.

    NorCal was recommended from a friend. I booked it online and got an email confirmation. One week prior to the event, I texted the number on the website to confirm the reservation. I was a bit worry since there's no deposit required. Some places ask for a credit card on file. I got a text response confirming the reservation. On the day of the event, someone called me asking what's my reservation and where I am located so I got a bit worry if they lost my reservation. The delivery arrived around 11am as requested and they picked up around 6pm. The jumper was not as clean as I expected. There were some leaves from the last usage it looked like. I did end up getting into the jumper myself and wiping it down with some Lysol wipes, that was a work out and it took 20 minutes. Overall, I would used them again since they were able to deliver on time. The person that delivered was professional. They collected payment at the time of pick up and they asked for cash. I had a positive experience overall. Jumper was not damaged or patched up like the ones I booked previous years from another company.

    I know reviews have been mixed. Our experience went really well! 1. Easy to order online- got confirmation right away. 2. Had a reminder the week of and called just confirm details.. 3. Great pricing! 4. Came in time (early) 5. Great communication! (Driver was a bit late to pick up but very accommodating)

    LOVE IT!!! Easy communication, very nice people, punctual, SUPER CLEAN for my kids to play during the pandemic. They cleaned the jumper with Lysol spray, wiped and vacuumed it. My two toddlers had so much fun playing with their cousins and the Barbie jumper completed our theme! We will be using NorCal Jump from now on and will be telling everyone about them. Thank you for all the fun, NorCal!

    The only good thing about this company is you are able to keep the bouncy house longer than you paid for. It was my daughter's 3rd birthday and all she wanted was a Paw Patrol themed bouncy house with blueberry cake. I contacted NorCal jump because their prices were very reasonable. I guess it's true when they say you get what you pay for because the bouncy house was dirty and leaking air. The delivery was smooth. Even though there was a communication barrier, the man seem to know what he was doing. He cleaned up the inside of the dirty and muddy bouncy house a bit. When he left, we quickly went inside for a jump and noticed a lot of air leaking and holes inside. I ran out to flag the man down for him to come look at it. After going back and forth, he had to call his "boss" which is just a girl on the phone. All she said was that air is suppose to come out even though I sent her pictures of the holes. They gave us a stronger pump hoping that the house stays up while the kids bounced. We also had to tape it to seal up the holes. They did not do that for us. Next time, I'll pay a little more for a better place with better bouncy houses.

Since our venue in particular didn't have anything for the kids to play with, we thought soft play would be a good idea to have and we're so glad we hired BQ. From the beginning BQ was on top of communication and were able to accommodate insurance issues we ran into with our venue. They made it happen fast since we were on a time crunch. One of my biggest priorities was making sure they properly disinfect the equipment after each use and they reassured us that they do. My cousin even saw the workers wiping down the equipment after our party as they were packing up. The only small negative was that we had told BQ the colors for our son's birthday theme (blue and gray) but they ended up having green and pink and yellow mixed in and they asked us if we wanted balloons included with the jumphouse, which we said yes to but it wasn't there on the day of. Again, just a small negative that didn't impact the party but it would've been nice to have those requests complete. Although, having their service at the party was great. We plan to use BQ more in the future and have recommended them to our family and friends.

I rented out the inflatable jousting for my boyfriends graduation back in May 2021! We had tons of fun; everyone got to join in on the tournament! The jumper dries up quickly, but we grabbed a towel and gave it a good wipe down when mother earth decided to stop crying. Drop off was pleasant. They came to drop off, set up, and left. Mini conversation was nice while they were setting up as well. The jumper was cleaned, thanks to Philip(?) who was cleaning it on Friday when him and Kenji dropped it off. Philip was working hard because those sweats don't lie, lol. Used 2 outlets for the jumper, so be sure to have outlets available. And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday. Which was perfect because by then everyone would of left and got ready for school the next day (today). They came, picked up, and left. Fast, efficient and professional. You got me as a forever returning client!
