We called these guys last minute because our original jumper vendor cancelled on us because we forgot to confirm with them 3 days before. This company was gracious enough to rent us a 13x13 an hour before our party. Phew! They got to our house in about an hour or 2 to setup, and viola, crisis averted!!!! They laid out 2 large tarps, made sure the jumper was secured, and then cleaned and sprayed down the inside of the jumper before leaving. Pick up time was left to us. When called, a team of three guys promptly came, folded it up and off they went. We had the jumper from noon to around 8pm. Cost was very reasonable. We paid in cash when we they first dropped off. All in all, a good experience. No issues, just how i like it. read more

Xpress Jumps was amazing with accommodating my schedule for our event. I could not be more appreciative. The jumper was great and kids had a lot of fun! The only thing is I didn't realize they had two color chairs..white and a tan color...but who cares...chairs are chairs! Overall, I would use them again! read more

Juan and his team arrived promptly and did a good job. I thought I was going crazy after calling 15 -20 jumpy rental companies and only 3 of them meet mine and the parks requirements of 1.park jumpy delivery, 2.they have business insurance, 3. Can pick up jumpy after 7:30pm on a Sunday. Out of the 3 companies that said yes to these 3 requirements, 1 had terrible reviews, the 2nd company charges an outrageous $400 delivery/pickup fee which is double the fee they charge for the jumpy rental itself, and then finally I found Xpress Jumpr which worked out nicely for a fair price. read more

Not sure about all the 5 star reviews but I have used them 3 times now within the last 2 years and each time was not the best. After the first time, I was hesitant to try them again but I always go back cuz their prices are cheaper than other rentals. I just deal with it to save money. I am a detailed and organized person so planning events ahead of time and making sure everything goes as planned is the type of person I am. Everytime I contact xpressjumprs and communicate with Juan, either he does not respond to any questions or give me a proper confirmation. I remember an order in the past (an important event aka my brothers wedding) which I was trying to rent canopies tables and chairs, he said yes but did not hear back from him for more than a week. He finally called me after I kept txting him and apparently there was no order? Also, drop off and pick up was NOT on time. We rented tables and chairs (2 weeks in advance) for todays party. They have a new thing where you have to place a deposit to confirm on square. Juan was quick to send the invoice for deposit and I had a question about it before I committed but he did not respond of course. The next day, I deposited anyways and then I got a reply that its confirmed (10am delivery). Yesterday (2 weeks later) I wanted to make sure they were still coming (cuz they are not always good with communication) and I txted them myself asking to confirm for tomorrow. They said yes its on. Delivery was scheduled for 10am. I txted them at 1030ish asking where they were and he said on the way. They came at 11am. Lol I did not say anything cuz that was expected. He came later on at night for pick up and I was being friendly but he had an attitude (bad night?). I gave them the benefit of the doubt cuz of their prices, but I guess you get what you pay for. Don't expect the best communication (a nightmare if you're an event planner like me!) or delivery/pick up on time. This will be the last time we will be using them. Bye Feliciaaaaa. read more

We reserved a jumper for a birthday party and finalized what we needed and agreed time for delivery. On day of delivery, no show from company and I contracted them several times. 90-minutes after original scheduled delivery, they should up but this vendor had outsourced the service to another vendor/company. Unfortunately the jumper did not meet the theme we agreed which led to disappointment for kids birthday party. The jumper was picked up the following day, and when I asked for a discount due to late delivery and not delivering what we agreed, the owner demanded I still pay full amount. This was a big disappointment for us and very low standard as customer service. read more

GREAT SERVICE!! Juan is the person I was in contact with the entire time and he was great to work with. He helped us celebrate a graduation party for 40 people. We used tables and white chairs in great condition and easy to assemble. I would highly recoend this company for anybody hosting a party, no matter the size. read more

Someone had recommended this company to me saying that "They will be able to take care of all your needs for a good price". Suuuure, I've heard that one before! But since my daughter's graduation party was coming up shortly and we were on a TIGHT budget, I gave them a call. Sure enough, they were able to work with our budget AND provide everything we needed from tables, chairs, linens, a canopy, jumper for the kids, to even a CHILDRENS TABLE WITH CHAIRS! They were also very professional and prompt when I needed to speak with them. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again and again. read more

Not happy with their customer service. Easy to deal with via text but some text took forever to get answered and wasn't sure I was all set until after they sent confirmation and I paid the deposit. I also added more items and they were accommodating. The day before the event I text to confirm and he said we were good to go for delivery at 11am. We waited at the park starting at 10:30am and they hadn't shown up at 11:15am I text them to ask what the ETA was and all I got was "let me check with my guys" no respond back. I called 5 times and no answer, finally at 12:05pm, I got a call from a different number saying they were on their way. They finally showed up at 1220pm. Same thing for pickup-they were supposed to pick up at 8:30pm and I text to let them know we were ready for them and no answer. I called both numbers and no answer either. At 9:17pm, I finally got a text that said "my guys are on their way." I asked for an ETA and no answer! Our party was at a park so it's dark already and cold. Didn't show up to almost 9:30pm!! Seriously, you guys need better customer service. I wouldn't be so mad if I would have gotten a phone call to tell me you were running late both times. Not doing business with them again! read more

These guys are as good as it gets with renting jumpers and other equipment for parties. We've used the company twice in the last year already and love it! No answering machines - they answered the phone right away! They found a jumper for us and delivered it during the Christmas holidays (son's birthday!) when many others were on vacation. Second time around, they took a very last minute reservation and handled it with no problems. They are one of the few ones that carry child sized tables and chairs. All of the equipment is top notch and clean. No issues with not showing up. Always punctual. And to top it off, they were very flexible with pick up times. Kids could enjoy the jumper late in to the evening. I am super excited to have found this company! read more

We were looking into jumpers for a party and while we decided not to get one this year, I highly recommend this company and would use them in the future. Juan is truly a professional and has been great and really thorough. He answered my call right away on a Saturday night and since then was always quick to respond by call or text. They have generators which is great so you can use a jumper at a park which most other companies do not offer. Plus, they have great package deals, too! read more

I rented 10x20 Canopy, couple of round tables and 20 white chairs. Juan sent couple of his folks to setup the canopy the evening before the event. They were efficient and focused on task. However, they got the short side covers while I asked for the long sides. They called Juan who promised to bring the long sides by next morning. And he personally delivered them on time before the event. They came by and picked up the canopy after the event. Tables and chairs were clean too. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the experience. I will be happy to hire from Juan & xpress jumpers again. read more

Recently thrown a party and have been shopping around for jumper and table rentals for quite sometime. And I came across Xpress and I was immediately impressed by all 5 Star Reviews. So a couple days before party (I'm guessing Manager of Xpress) calls me and lets me know that he lost all my information somehow and if I can repeat what I needed and how much he originally was going to charge me(things happen,so I let it go. Even though it seemed very unprofessional) So day of party comes around and couple guys come and deliver (Right On Time by the way) and get everything unloaded and set up (I originally asked for a generator to be included into package I was charged for already) but of course there was a miscommunication and it was not on there truck. (eventually brought later on). We were asked if we wanted to pay on the spot so we agreed and of course the total was not correct. (Did not include deposit we already put down).So we could not pay the guys until manager stop by to drop off generator and discuss remaining bill amount. He eventually stopped by (does not greet us) after discussing what we originally spoke of on the phone. "Juan" I'm guessing says "I don't recall that amount but okay."(With an attitude) When they left I was so upset that he assumed i was trying to get over on him. I couldn't believe he was that unprofessional.But I wrote down everything thank god and kept deposit receipt. IN THE END I realized 5 Star Ratings aren't everything. And I'm guessing it's possible that friends and family can do a review for you (if you do decide to go with this guy write down everything,have him email you a receipt of everything you're originally ordering and of course a CORRECT total. Never again will I recommend nor use Xpress Jumpers. read more
