They did a fine threading job, and I admit I forgot to factor in that I had my lips done, not just my brows, but it is really bad form to look at the receipt and say, "...how much did you give me tip?" This place is SO covid safe. So so so covid safe. Two masks and hair nets worn by all employees, self check in with abundant sanitizer, and distancing between customers. Horrible experience here! Only plus side was that I got helped right away but I would have rather gone somewhere else and wait. She sat me down without a smile and started talking to other people in their language loud and in my face as she was doing my upper lip. She literally did it in one minute. Did not spend ANY time and left me super red. The next day I had bumps all over my upper lip and I've been threading my upper lip for years and that has never happened. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Do not come to this threading salon unless you want thin eyebrows. I constantly keep giving this place chances because I've only have one good experience out of the 3. I told the lady who is always at the front desk to do them as thick as possible, and that I DID NOT want them thin. I made this very clear. She did the exact opposite and did them as thin as possible. She also did not take her time to do my eyebrows, the whole process was just under 3 minutes (probably less). On top of this, I saw the lady using her phone before and did not bother to wash her hands or put on hand sanitizer, so if you are prone to acne do not even come here. My eyebrows look like lines!!! I shouldn't have even paid for them, but I suggest everyone to spend a little more money somewhere else rather than this place. Worst threading experience I have had. read more

A lady told me to check my name in so I did it was really fast but she did such a horrible job on my brows I explained I wanted them to just be my shape and left thick she thinned them out and on top of that they were soooooo uneven the worst. Came by on a whim because I needed my eyebrows done. As I was walking through the mall I saw that there was no one inside. So I walked in and was asked to sign-in at the iPad on the counter. You enter a phone number and select your requested services. Then one of the staff walks you over to the chair and they quickly thread your eyebrows. This is a no-frills type of place. It's very quick but they do a great job. The price is also very reasonable. I would come back again. read more

Excellent service. My favorite lady is Bobby, she always does a terrific job, brows are always even & perfect. She doesn't rush so it's not super painful & isn't red & bumpy after. Horrible customer service. As I was getting my eyebrows done in a rush, the medium height thin lady who was doing my eyebrows kept pulling the string so hard that I heard it snap. I didn't mind because everyone's string rips here and there. So she contained doing my eyebrows and once again the string snaps very hard and she hits me in the face!!!! Didn't say sorry or anything, all she does is continues and hits me once again hard on my nose. She did the worst job on my eyebrows! One is way thicker than the other one and it's pretty dam noticeable. As I get to the front desk to pay and all she does along with her assistant is gossip in their own language while I just stood there waiting. As I'm paying I ask her one simple question, which was why was she closing so early at 9 if the mall closes at 11 today. BEWARE!!!!!!!I came here recently and the lady that did my brows was horrible she left my eyebrows completely different shapes (I posted a pic as well) one was thin and curvy the other one was thick and pointy. I tried coloring them in and they looked even worst. The big deal to me was that the lady didn't say anything I know mistakes happen, but for her not even to say hey I did this what would you like to do? No heads up she just charged me and btw took the tip WITH NO PROBLEM at all! I did go back and complain ( not asking for my money back but at least to do something for next time I would come in)the lady I spoke to said " I can't really do anything sorry" I told her well next time maybe u can do something she replied " maybe I can give u 10% off, you can call back and see if the owner will say yes?"Are you kidding me thanks for the 70 cents you will discount me and why in the world would I have to call you when your the one that screwed up!!! I told her if they couldn't give me complimentary visit next time I wouldn't come back. She said write down your number and owner will call you back. These two ladies do an AMAZING job threading eyebrows. I've never been more satisfied anywhere else than I have at this salon. Both threadists are so nice, skilled, fast, professional and always do such a great job shaping my eyebrows. Even when my eyebrows have REALLY grown out, they always do an amazing job reshaping them to my liking. I always make sure to leave a good tip because their skills are definitely worth more than $7 in my opinion. In my opinion, no other eyebrow salon does as good a job as the ladies who run Nora Salon. For the women who complained about "the thread ripping from pulling too hard," I have a news flash for you. Your eyebrows are unruly.
