When it comes to oil deliveries, they were right there unless a reasonable excuse. HOWEVER, when it comes to other jobs, they are not in any way reliable. I began my request for an electric on demand hot water tankless unit 6/25/21, advised I'd get a call that day from John. 7/9 I had to contact them again, same line, 8/31 another contact asking to speak to someone. 9/8 someone to come and give quote, nope, no show they will come monday, no show no call. 9/20 left message, 9/21 claim they tried but must have the wrong number finally a quote show and then calling to find out what they figured out as of course, no call back. Great got the quote, 10/5, no show, I was leaving town after that so had to delay it again (on me that time) 10/29 nope not showing up. 11/2 "going to have your hot water in tonight no matter what", nope, they had it for a propane unit not electric soooo now we have to wait for the right unit to arrive, Ya, it came... John came right over ... unfortunately... (not his fault) he did not fit through the access panel so jerry-rigged the power line until a couple days later as he put it "the skinny guy" could hook it up. The electrician was to come and inspect it and make sure it was done right. That was 11/10. To date, multiple calls, multiple requests for 1. a break down bill and receipt. 2. the operating manual with specs on this unit. 3. get the electrician to inspect it. It is NOW 1/13, my 90 window for paperwork is nearing and I got a receipt for "on demand tank" and the $2,400 I paid. The manual is a generic for 7 different models (which one is mine? who knows) and the electric one was cheaper than the propane unit, John gave me a 500 credit towards oil to offset. But need the breakdown with the actual cost to use as energy credit for taxes. The electrician is key as, since it's been hooked up my lights flicker while it's in use and I've lost 5 out of 7 plug ins, maybe a coincidence?? As I really don't want to burn down my house I would appreciate the full work paid for done and safety insured. They are always very pleasant, and I understand workers are hard to come by but this has been a really bad experience. UPDATE: Jan 19th. Still no answer or electrician. Still no breakdown of the cost of the unit/labor etc nor any unit specs "which is required btw" just the total. Continuing to "breach the contract" for services. UPDATE: Never did get the break down bill, never got the specs on the unit, and never received any of the warranty info for their work or the unit. Finally got an electrician (at my expense) found they had not even tightened the wires to the circuit breaker, still having power surges when using the water, have to shut off everything else in the house just to wash dishes. Pump can't be used to fill the tub, continuous error as it can't handle the water flow, which is something they said it could. Attempted reaching them to find out the warranty on this as it has to go and be replaced now with a real hot water heater that can actually allow hot water to the tub and really don't want my house to burn down because it is faulting my wiring. Been a week and still no response except "I'll check with John" read more
