He knew it was a well tank service call so he had a new tank and all the parts already on his truck just in case he had to do a replacement. Our tank was over 20 years old so we knew it was probably a goner before he even arrived. Mike replaced the tank that day and did a great job- neat, curious and explained all that he did. Mike even did a small repair to the well cap after noticing it was loose. This was our first experience with Ray Plumbing and we will call them again if needed.

A few days later he completed the install and did a satisfactory job. Upon completion Tyler asked if we have any issues in the next 12 months that we contact him exclusively stating that he was "married to it" until then. Approximately six months later the unit began making a strange noise so I attempted to contact him (texts, calls, messenger, email) ....nothing no response. I was forced to call in an outside contractor at my expense (all should have been covered under warranty) Skip forward to 12 months later I realized I had no copy of the receipt so once again I tried making contact and got ghosted. In a text I simply asked for a copy of the $7150 bill and again nothing, so I was unable to claim it on my taxes. Extremely unprofessional and I'll share my experience with anyone who asks Don't use this guy for anything!!!!

We used this company to help switch over to propane. Which was $14,000 and we were fine with it…read morebecause we needed an new heating system. In the first couple weeks the water kept going cold, then the heat would not work. We called them and they would come out and "fix" the issue. Only for it to happen again. We finally got them to come out to "fix" it a final time to find out that they did not put the exhaust vent outside the house. Apparently when your exhaust vent is inside the house you cannot use an air freshener around it. Which we were not made aware of. One guy came out and said that the whole system was set up wrong and after he messed around with it, it started working. A couple months later we get a bill for $3,000!!! On a heating system they did not install correctly. We said we were not paying it because THEY were the ones that did not do their jobs correctly. They threatened us with a lean on the house if we did not pay the bill. After I had my father talk to them, they brought it down to a little over $1,000 for the bill. On something that they did not install correctly to begin with.

The door was never properly functioning (though it did function) and now it's completely busted. I can home one day and the entire bottom of it was falling apart. This is after them taking a YEAR to get around to installing it in the first place. I should have just read the writing on the wall and just canceled it. That was a lot of money to waste on a poor product.
