It's in the middle of a bunch of ethnic restaurants and foreign grocers by the Medical Center. I've found that the gas is still cheaper just a little bit up the hill at the Valero. But this place is clean, clean, clean. It's spotless! It always seems to be picked up, and the bathrooms are rather clean. I like how they have a full (help yourself) bar for coffee drinks- with nitro cold coffee that puts the local coffee shops on the run. My fav thing about these gas stations is the name brand condiment station, where you can get the fancy stuff - Grey Poupon in little yellow packets, or Cholula hot sauce- Grab handfuls, because this is the good stuff! Nom! I'll be back!

Problem with Canyon Golf Market is their prices are very inconsistent and none of them are listed. It also changes at the whim of whoever is working. I don't mind spending a little extra money for the convenience but this is shady business practices and isn't fair to consumers. Also their prices are not just slightly high they are exorbitant. At least double what you'll pay at H-E-B if not triple depending on what you're buying. I've been phasing out of shopping here but it's a bummer when it's so close and convenient.

A 32oz is $14, which is definitely not worth the price considering you're just getting a normal frozen slushy. On top of that, the slushy itself was quite icy, with bigger chunks of ice and not smooth and blended well. The bahama mama flavor that I got was also quite artificially syrupy tasting. A big pass on this spot for me.

All areas of the convenience store had large placards helpful for zeroing in on what was in that specific area of the store. The store was extremely well-lit, making it super easy to find whatever you needed.
