The chicken cubes in mine also had a notable taste and I'm inclined to agree on the (lack of) freshness. The salmon roll (I got it without avocado) is fine but way overpriced. Overall good quality is merely ok but much more expensive than it should be given what you get. It's a little odd they give you a fork by default, but maybe that's a Montana thing? Jesse will guide you through it and has a great way of explaining exactly what you will get. Don't know what level of spice to get? If you don't like spice, you can get level 0.
