The chicken cubes in mine also had a notable taste and I'm inclined to agree on the (lack of) freshness. The salmon roll (I got it without avocado) is fine but way overpriced. Overall good quality is merely ok but much more expensive than it should be given what you get. It's a little odd they give you a fork by default, but maybe that's a Montana thing?
