We wanted a place not far from the hotel we were staying at but wanted something not burgers or Mexican so we tried this restaurant. The service was good however not very attentive. I would give a pass however because it was full. As for the food the duck curry I had with extra veggies was VERY good! Lots of duck breast meat and very fresh veggies. If you like spice though I ordered a 3 and it was not spicy at all. But the added chili peppers they brought did the trick. I would highly recommend it and would go back for sure if in the area again. read more

I wanted to love it. Service was ok. Plenty of Thai decorations and pictures on walls. However, food was just average. It started with the below average spring rolls. Flavor was bland. No Thai basil whatsoever. Mostly lettuce and almost no noodle or shrimp and they put celery in the spring roll which didn't bland with the shrimp and left an unpleasant aftertaste. I asked for "Thai hot" spice level for my basil pork with peppers dish. It was also bland. I thought it was ok but Nisha Thai in Billings was much better. read more

Siam Thai Restaurant - Red curry and rice was tasteless and expensive . - Thai Near Me - Billings, Montana

Ordered here four times in the last year. Ordered the same thing each time. Today was the first time the guy who answered the phone said sorry we don't do that. We don't have that. I asked if they can look up my order from the last four times I ordered and he said he doesn't have time. Then he hung up on me. I tried calling back. Very disappointed in the customer service. Would not recommend this place or ever order from here again. read more

The good: their website was very user friendly to order online. They had accurate times for pickup and communicated clearly on eta. Their staff during pick up were friendly and fast, with the restaurant inside looking clean. And the portions were huge! The Thai iced tea was probably one of the biggest I've gotten in a while. The bad: the pad Thai was tasteless with little to no flavor or sauce. It just tasted like leftover plain noodles that I would not recommend. I would go back but definitely order something different. read more

Siam Thai Restaurant - Pad Thai - Thai Near Me - Billings, Montana

Oh man, I was not expecting this! I ordered the Nua Nam Tok and asked for it extra spicy. So many times when I do this, because I order this dish all the time, from Phoenix, to Denver, to SLC, to Sad Diego and San Francisco, I either get something that is not spicy at all or almost as bad something that wasn't made spicy, it just had massive chili flakes dumped on it after it was finished. What I like is a dish where the spice is properly incorporated into the dish. Well at Siam Thai they delivered the spice and they delivered absolutely fantastic Nam Tok. The beef strips had a very nice sear on the outside yet were still medium rare even though they were thinly cut. That tells me that this meat was cooked fresh for this order. You can't get meat like that if they tossed it in a warmer bin after cooking it, then scooped it out for the dish. It just isn't possible. This was fresh cooked beef and it showed. The beef was fantastic. So yeah, I'm going three paragraphs deep talking about the Nua Nam Tok. The flavors of everything in this dish popped, hard. The best way I can describe it is like tasting in 4K high definition with HDR 2000 on the best LG OLED in the world. Every flavor was distinct and amazing. Mint, Lime, Onion, Chili, Beef with toasted ground rice, fish sauce, lemongrass, cilantro, etc.. Everything was present and individually identifiable by taste while coming together to complete the package. One word of caution, the dish doesn't come with rice, and I didn't see sticky rice on the menu at all, so you will have to add an order of rice on the side. This part is just me getting on my soap box, so feel free to skip. I ordered at the restaurant. I had to wait a bit to get my food. This allowed me to eavesdrop on what people were picking up or putting in orders for. Pad Thai, Pad Thai, Curry, Pad Thai, Curry, Curry, Drunken Noodles, Pad Thai, Curry, Curry , Pad Thai, Pad Thai. Damn people, you know that isn't the extent of Thai cuisine, right? There is so much more on that menu, but you are all forcing them to be a Pad Thai factory. Be better! read more

Siam Thai Restaurant - Nua Nam Tok. Lighting in my hotel was not great. The dish, however, was fantastic. - Thai Near Me - Billings, Montana

Order online was good and prompt. The food order had instructions they didn't follow. The food portions are good, but the taste was very bland. (Fried Rice & Pad Thai) The food has always been great in the past. Last two orders have been less appealing. They always seem to have a staff shortage and close the dining at strange times. read more

I ordered Pad Thai. It was the worst I have ever tasted. Super dry. Burned flavor. Horrible. This place will go out of business

Used to love it........ 8/5/25 take out order an hour late with wrong ingredients. Drunken Noodles served with beef instead of chicken. Beef was gray. Penang was all coconut milk with no flavor. Served with maybe 1/4 cup of rice. read more

Delicious Thai food as cooked in Thailand! Our favorite place. We love the curries, fried rice and Thai iced tea...so good‼

Siam Thai Restaurant - Number 37 - Thai Near Me - Billings, Montana

We ordered the green curry with chicken, and the Phad Woonsen (glass noodles) to go. Both dishes were really well seasoned and tasty! The phad woonsen had a great grilled shrimp flavor and the sauce for the noodles was super savory. The curry's consistency was a little thinner than I thought it would be, kinda brothy. but the vegetables in it were great, even the eggplant which can be bitter. Only complaint is the really small box of rice that came with the curry, kind of absurd considering how cheap rice is. read more

Siam Thai Restaurant - Tiny box of rice, hand size! - Thai Near Me - Billings, Montana

Delicious Thai food in the middle of Montana!!! We had the green curry, and it was perfect, perfect amount of chicken and vegetables, and great heat level. We also ordered the pad Thai and it was also great! The shrimp was perfectly seasoned. The Jumbo prongs in caramelized garlic sauce was aromatic and delicious too! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the place was packed! Decor is a little tacky, but totally Thai inspired read more

The menu can be a bit concerning, because it states up front that its vegetable dishes aren't vegetarian (due to the inclusion of fish sauce or comparable ingredients). When I called to ask, however, restaurant staff assured me that they can leave the fish sauce out upon request. I confirmed the same when we arrived. The food was delicious, the staff were courteous, and the meal was vegan as far as I can tell. This is a great family-run restaurant with a calm atmosphere and a delicious menu for vegans and omnivores alike. read more

Good Food, Great Service. Definitely highly recommend. I'm from out of town and my co-workers from Billings recommended.

Great Thai food. Always full of folks that eat there regularly. Highly recommend. Curries were great and very nice staff.

It's a little spot in Billings with Thai food. The food is ok. Some of the dishes lack some of the essential ingredients. It would be good if they let you know when they are unable to include all the ingredients in a dish. I have had consistently poor to disinterested service here. It makes it difficult to continue to keep this as my number 1, when traveling here from Great Falls. I would say it's about a medium (5) on my scale from one to ten. read more

Excellent, just in tonight, one of the best Thai meals we've had in a long time. East coast, west coast restaurants, this was better. The service and prices added to our satisfaction. If we lived here, easy decision to come back again. read more

I came through Billings to visit a friend and was craving Thai Food. Coming from Seattle, we have plenty of choices, but few places can do a proper Thai Spicy. Let me tell you; this place does it right. Spicy with that post-tingly burn but not too spicy where it ruins the gut and flavor. We got wings that were crisp, crunchy, and juicy. The beef Salad was perfectly made at the Spicy Thai level; the juice was excellent and used to dip the wings in to make it spicier. The duck curry was delicious with no spice level, very savory and sumptuous over white rice. And my only demarkation is the Phad see-ew noodles were a bit undercooked and chewy. I had to take it home and redo it so it would eat right. I would come back; great food, especially for Middle Montana read more

The food was amazing! Fresh and perfectly cooked. If you like authentic and tasty Thai food this is the place. The restaurant was clean and had intimate lighting. Food was the worst Thai food I've ever had. Paid $90+ for no spice and no flavor. Save your money.

Decently good Thai food, good customer service with happy people working this establishment. Ambiance is typical of a strip mall Asian establishment which is to say it suits me just fine for the good food served! read more

All I can say is, "WOW!" My significant other and I passed through Billings on our way back to Seattle and our friend took us to this place. This place is authentic as it gets especially for the location which was surprising. We ordered the chicken wings, duck curry, beef salad and pad se-ew. We also requested Thai spicy because we love that burn. Not many Thai places in Seattle make it spicy enough for us where we have to ask for the Thai chili peppers in fish sauce, but this place was attentive and had the pitcher ready to refill our water glasses when needed. The only reason for the four stars instead of five was because the noodles in the pad se-ew was a bit undercooked but still had the right flavor. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who passes through Billings!! Food was so yummy I forgot to take pics. read more

BEST THAI FOOD IN MONTANA! First, the owner, Mama Nit (most likely misspelled) is so generous, kind, and warm. She works her BUTT off, moving around that restaurant like a marathoner. The food is cooked right every time. REALLY spicy when you request it spicy. Perfectly cooked drunken noodles. Great portion sizes. Nothing from Bozeman to Belgrade to Livingston compares to Siam Thai. I drive to Billings just for Thai food, which some may think a two hour drive for food cravings is ridiculous, but from my perspective SO WORTH IT! read more

Horrible overpriced food. Who are these people giving this place more than one star???? Food is NOT fresh by any stretch of the imagination. Nasty food that I am shocked it didn't give me, my husband & daughter food poisoning. The seafood was hard & chewy. The rice was also hard. The 3 of us are complaining re. a chemical taste in our mouth after eating this overpriced food that taste as though it was cooked 2 weeks ago. read more

Best food in town. Amazing flavor, options and authentic!! This is our kind of comfort food! Amazing!

I've been to Siam Thai many times, but I don't think I'll come back for a really long time. Either they have a different cook tonight, or something is off back there, because the food was just OK. The service here lacks in almost every regard, and the ambiance is non-existent. If you sit towards the front of the room in the winter it's freezing cold every time someone opens the door. The only thing they had going for them was the food and now... meh not so much. read more
