We ordered the beef roll appetizer, which was thin sliced beef with a savory sauce and cilantro rolled in homemade dough, very tasty. Then we shared chicken fried noodles and beef chop suey. The noodle dish was superficially like chicken chow mein, except the vegetables were fresh flavorful and perfect textured-- just a bit of crunch, not soggy at all-- a great complement to the house made fresh noodles. The chop suey was a very healthy dose of assorted vegetables-- cabbage, Napa cabbage, carrot, snow peas, broccoli, etc with more thin sliced beef. The restaurant has changed hands a few months back, so no noodle maker show happening in the open prep area. Noodle dishes are still good not as many varieties but the plus is they have many other Chinese favs. Food fresh, the noodles are chewy. Alrighty! Was looking for a good noodle place in the Lower Mainland and ran across this. Beef brisket hand-pulled noodles: Beef was plentiful, 10 large chunks included. Noodles were the right texture for me (chewy), but found the soup to be a bit watered down. They said that that was because some customers complained that their soups were too salty and that customers could always add salt but you can't easily remove it. Braised pork belly: Good flavour. Teeny bit too salty for me, but that might just be a personal preference because some others in my group enjoyed it. Too fatty and oily for me. Portions were small for the price (around 10 dollars) Very quiet as we ate lunch at 2 pm. Only two other tables were with us eating. Would come here again, 3.5 stars read more

The foods hit and miss but the service here is so terrible and completely rude I don't think I'd ever go back. Used to go quite often however we will never return after a family dinner where one person at our table was accused of leaving without paying while the person paying for everyone's meals was lined up waiting to pay. I wanted to go to Korean place but it was closed, and I really didn't want burgers so found this. Thought it would be a very westernized place but boy was I WAY wrong. Anyone who passes Chilliwack should try out this place. It is literally that good. This restaurant is located just North of the UPS store at the corner of Promontory and Vedder roads. There is a large parking lot for customers to use. I ordered a Pork Stir-fried Noodle. The wait for food after placing the order was admitted long, about 20 minutes. However, it was totally worth it. The noodle tasted homemade and the ingredients were all full of rich flavor. I would go out of my way to eat here again. read more

First time here. We're from Southern Oregon and here on vacation. Got some takeout for our next to last night... sooo good! I got the Singapore Vermicelli and it was excellent. (Also goes by Vietnamese Street noodles in other regions). A few too many bell peppers for my liking and could have used a bit more...sauce?.... Still, excellent flavor. And huge portions!!!! We also got the beef and onion potstickers, which was a little different for us since we usually go for the pork ones, but hey! This trip is about trying new things. They were good...a little confused about the sauce that needed to go with them, so we tried them all! My wife got the Mongolian fried noodles and sweet and sour chicken and we got some fried rice. Let's just say...all delicious, a little pricey, and giant portions!! Too much for campers to worry about lol... but if you're at home and have a microwave and fridge...get after it! We were camping at Lake Cultus and in the mood for Asian food. Being from the San Francisco Bay Area, my Chinese food standards are pretty high. This place far exceeded my expectations. The menu was the real deal. We selected the wontons in chili oil, pot stickers, and cold Szechuan noodles. They were all very tasty. The wontons were loaded with a meaty filling and the chili had just the right amount of heat. The pot stickers were good. The Szechuan noodles had a nice texture. The sauce was the perfect combination of acidity, heat, and a hint of sweetness. Service was friendly and efficient. This place is worth a visit. We will return. read more

If you are visiting Cultus Lake or the Chilliwack area, this restaurant is a must try. The restaurant is clean and the staffs are friendly. We were there at 3pm so there were only two tables of customers. Our server greeted us with a warm welcome and gave us the menu. Everything looked good and we ordered C2 Sichuan cold noodle with hot sauce on the side. This is my special request because I didn't want it to be too spicy. Usually the sauce is served in the bowl. We also ordered two N1 Lanzhou beef noodle in soup. One non spicy and one spicy. We added an order of B1 pork potstickers. The noodle was hand pulled after the order was made. We can see the chef pulling the noodles from our table. My cold noodle was chewy and tasty. I only added a little hot sauce, but if you love spicy sauce, please mix in , you will be thrilled with the complex taste of fresh carrots, cucumber, minced meat and chili sauce with your cold noodle! I also tried the Lanzhou beef noodle in soup and it was also very delicious. The soup was hot, and noodle has a good texture. The thin white radish or daikon is such a clever compliment to the bowl of noodle. This is also a must try ! The potstickers were average, but we are very happy with the quality of both the hot and cold noodles and their service! We highly recommend this restaurant and hope to revisit soon to try other dishes! read more

Food was delishhhhhhh Been looking for a good Chinese food place in Chilliwack and this delivered! The biggest thing that bugs me about Chinese food is a lot of it is over cooked and mushy..... But the dishes all tasted different and were perfect texture!!!! I had the ginger beef, sweet and sour pork, veg chop suey and the kungpao fried chicken noodles. All were super yummy! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Only thing is that I wished the chop suey came with more broccoli and less cabbage. All portions were big definitely enough leftovers for another dinner! The service was good they answered the phone right away and my food was hot and ready for pick up in 20mins, was greeted with a big smile at the door! Good service, good food, but I had a beef dish in which two pieces of beef were gristly. Not good. However, aside from this it was lovely. Would go back again, but would likely pick a dish with chicken, which my wife had, and was very satisfied with. Friend with us had beef dish as well. His was good, so two bits of difficult chewing beef, would not deter me from returning. Clean, roomy, and the attendants were gracious. We are vegetarians and there was al lot of options. We had veggie potstickers with egg, delish! Also had a very interesting and good cucumber salad. Our noodle dish was the Fresh mushroom veggie stir fry and it had really nice flavors. Service was great! If I had one thing they should address is there is only beer for choice of alcohol.
