The spice level was pretty much a 0/4, with a very simple, sweet soy sauce coating everything. The noodles were cooked well and came with broccoli, carrot and snow peas, and a reasonable serving of deep fried tofu. Not the most authentic or complex flavours but adequately made. Pleasant meal, friendly service; good stop in this charming little town.
