The drinks took forever to come, and the food didn't come at all for about 45 minutes. Our final boarding call came before the food arrived and we had to chase down the server and get our food put in containers to go. The was less than half full. No excuse for this, especially at an airport. Further, when the food and drink finally did start arriving after our third boarding call, it started arriving at the wrong tables because we had been forced to use the QR codes at other tables. By this time, other people were sitting there and it created mass confusion. Overall, an absolutely terrible experience that could've been resolved instantly had the simply taken our order in person. Keep humans in the loop.

I love the little markets they have here and the sparkling water drink called "Brite Water." It's not too sparkling or fizzy, and it has a nice flavor. The pretzel meal item was pretty delicious and dipping it in ranch was a good idea. The hummus pretzel dish on the second visit was less delicious and enjoyable. It felt more like a healthy snack. That day I was a bit stressed out and the vibe seemed different. Overall I think this is a nice place.

I went here recently with a coworker and his friend on a Friday night, and it wasn't busy at all. While reservations are suggested, I'm aware that they leave a portion of tables for walk-ins. So feel free to still come even if you can't book a reservation. I had the Krakow Burger, which was recommended in some Google reviews. It was apparently one of the Burger Week winners a while ago. It was good, but for $21 I was left expecting a bit more. It didn't feel that much better than smash burgers from other local sports bars in the city. Their indo-met salad was certainly a unique salad, and something I wouldn't mind trying again. Their beer is probably better than the food IMO. Steel Cut Blonde had that nice honey touch if you like that, while Tepache Gold is amazing if you like pineapple. Highly recommend both. Service was good for us here. I probably won't go crazy in returning here unless it's for drinks.

Every other time we've been it's been amazing so this was really sad considering we love this place. I was coming home with two friends after a day at Bird's Hill Park, and decided to stop by here so I can try here for the first time. The ambiance here is quite upscale with the lighting inside. I had the seafood linguine, which came with a garlic toast. It was really good, though at a slightly elevated price. I would say for the north half of the city, this is the best upscale cuisine. However, I would rank this below Cafe Carlo and Tre Visi. Not to take away anything from here though, it's still a great place to dine. Service was excellent throughout here.
