We placed an order with Savory Thai for $82 and were given a 20-minute estimated pick-up time. After waiting in complete limbo for a full hour, we finally got a notification that our food was being picked up--only for the restaurant to cancel our order entirely another 15 minutes later. When we called the restaurant to find out what happened, they repeatedly picked up the phone and hung up on us immediately--19 times in a row. The sheer cowardice and lack of basic professionalism was mind-blowing. To top it off, after posting about our experience on a local neighborhood site, we discovered a flood of similar complaints from other neighbors who faced identical treatment. They have no problem taking your money, wasting nearly an hour and a half of your night, and refusing to even speak to you when they fail to deliver. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Never again.
