The pho was good. I haven't had much pho so I'm not the best judge of a good bowl of pho I got the mixed beef bowl and the meat was good however I didn't love the meatballs in it. The spring rolls are good I really liked the peanut sauce it came with. The service was fast and the workers were so nice and efficient. I would recommend this place. read more

I was there mainly for the pho. The soup tastes really good but are they stingy with the meat. There's barely a few slices and the steak and the brisket are very chewy. They give you a lot of noodles and that's it. For the price I would not be going back there for a few pieces of meat on my pho. read more

I didn't expect to find authentic pho in park city, but here we are! The broth is flavorful and clean with minimal fats. The meats are tasty and have no gaminess at all. They give a decent amount of noodles. The only caveat is that the pho can be really salty. I've dined here every time I'm in PC for a ski trip and every year it's been salty. If you don't drink the broth, it shouldn't be that big of a deal. I can hear Vietnamese being spoken by the elderly folks that run the shop and they play viet music that my family listened to when I was younger. This makes it even more authentic for me! I'm from NYC and the pho here is better than 90% of the pho places in NYC, but that's a very low bar since NYC pho isn't good. If they open up this shop in NYC, I would be a regular :) read more

One of the few places that was open on NYE, but I guess I now realized why... I'm not expecting Pho from Vietnam... but damn their broth tasted closer to the prepackaged broths in a box. I guess this place would work if you're reallllly in need of Pho, but would not be my first choice, especially in Park City. The main reason they got 3 stars was the lady was friendly and my order was ready relatively quickly. So I appreciate that. This is hands down the best place to get pho in Utah. Ive tried many, many different restaurants and this one stands out. While the price may be somewhat expensive this is made up in the large portion sizes, im rarely ever able to finish and have a meal leftover to eat later. You wont regret eating here. read more

Pretty mediocre. Ate in right after open to get the best experience. Got the pho with tendon, the meat was good but not much of it. The noodles were fairly bland. The broth was uninteresting and was missing the classic beef flavor I typically expect. Also one bowl of pho with no extras, no drink, and without the tip came to a total of $22.09 which feels borderline extortionate. The sriracha sauce was visibly watered down. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! my friend and I stopped here to get a quick bite after snowboarding and we got harassed and assaulted by the OWNERS MOTHER !!! He was so kind and helpful ( probably the only helpful person in the entire restaurant) Before he could even talk to the chef the owners mother brings the plate back to us SCREAMING in our FACES saying that's how the rice is supposed to be and that we need to pay because we ordered it. She walks to the door and holds it shut refusing to let us leave until we pay for the rice. At this point we are both freaking out at what is unfolding. We tell the owners mother that we don't appreciate being yelled at and she assaults me causing my phone to hit the table. We are both astound by what just happened and called the police. The police arrives we tell them that we have been held hostage and assaulted ( we have EVERYTHING on video) the owner shows up and basically tells us " sorry my mother is a nut job " offers to comp our meal and asks if we would like it to go. We did not feel safe / comfortable all we wanted to do is get as far away as we can from this restaurant. Also we are NOT from Utah. We didn't know the area or know anyone that could come help us. Not bad when you're craving Pho and don't want to drive down to the valley. I got the beef and asked for extra noodles. My bowel was so full I had enough for an extra meal. The place is small and that day it was cold inside with a space heater. Also I feel like each time I visit the prices have gone up. But again when you don't want to drive down the hill. read more

I started coming here pretty often recently, my go to is to split a bowl of pho with a friend and get the chicken drumstick with white rice. I also get the pork eggrolls which are worth getting. The pho is amazing the broth is full of flavor and the noodles are soft and chewy perfect consistency the only fault is that I wish they put more meat in the soup it is just not enough. There are a few pieces floating around in there I'm not sure if thats traditional or other wise but the pho is still really good. The chicken drumstick is a delight the chicken is crispy and full of flavor I haven't tried the sauce it comes with because it smells kind of funky. The rice it comes with is very good but the green onions on top are the best I've ever tasted, they must do something to it maybe cook it in vinegar and sugar or something. A suggestion if you come here is not to ask for any special instructions or changes to the menu items they usually won't do it and you can hear the Vietnamese lady in the back screaming and or arguing about it other than that this spot is fire and her food is worth coming for. Read some reviews on yelp and google. Made me laugh because all the low reviews makes sense. I can say this is the best pho restaurant in park city. They win by default because i havent found another pho place. Ordered the pho combo, i must say it is really good. Broth was flavorful and savory. Dont expect to come here and get a fine dining restaurant service. If you ever been to other pho restaurants, this is how they are. The person was nice and got us our orders and ask what else was needed. Thats all you can ask. Yes the price is a little expensive but its park city. I paid $10 for gatoraide at park city so this $18 pho is a deal of a century. I only review for the pho. So yes dont bad reviews fool you on the pho. Whoa....owner started yelling at her employee & then hit him for making a simple mistake. I asked our server if he was ok & should I report her, but he really wanted to keep his job. Great broth, lean brisket, very flavorful. We've lived in Asia and had Pho in many places around the U.S. The broth here is very flavorful, and we were surprised to find such good quality in Park City. Highly recommend. We also had the veggie spring rolls and thoroughly enjoyed them with the peanut sauce. read more

This restaurant specializes and doesn't disappoint in pho. There is little else on the menu. They can have your order ready quickly, and are very friendly and patient with customer service. Although I have it year round, pho hits different when the bowl warms up your cold fingers on a cold day. read more

This place is not good at taking down the order and worse at admitting when they make a mistake. They didn't give me an item and when I called them after reaching home to tell them, they flatout called me a liar as if I have nothing better to do. I'm always hesitant about eating Asian food (in this case Vietnamese Pho) in a mountain town. But this place did not disappoint! The menu is limited but what they do offer is delicious. I ordered the spring rolls with shrimp and pho with brisket. The taste was at par with Vietnamese Pho that you would get in a large city that serves a large Vietnamese population. The pho broth had so much deep umami flavor and there were generous portions of meat. The server (I think one of the owners?) does not speak English very well so don't expect them to be friendly and talkative. But don't let the limited English deter you from eating some good pho in a mountain town! read more
