We had a bit to ourselves and wanted to try this since we had not been here since the previous restaurant was there. They made some beautiful changes! The inside feels fresh and spacious and I love the lemon garland around the poles inside the building. I also liked that the big buffalo head was not gone. It felt like a bit of old home and new too! The food was so very good! Spiced just right. Alfredo was creamy and great to dip the bread in. The food we got was very tasty. Hubby got the shrimp and I had a triple Italian dish that was super filling! Portions were large and you did give good bang for the buck because I did get 2 meals for 1. The wait staff were all very friendly. They brought the food in a great timely fashion, the bussers cleaned the table as we went through the meal and I really enjoyed the relaxed ambiance of the location. Place is not to visible from FM 78, but, once you find it, it's has a beautiful decorations on the outside as well as the inside. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by what would be our server. She explained the menu and asked we needed a drinks and if we were ready to order. We got water and continue to explore the menu. Ended up with a medium pizza and chicken pasta! Came to Noli's Vite for my birthday with my wife and daughter, and it was fantastic. I lived in Italy for four years and love Italian food, so I'm picky, and this hit the mark. I had the eggplant Parmesan (perfect), my wife had the Chicken Marcelle and couldn't finish it, and my daughter's lobster ravioli was the highlight of the night. We started with Noli's Mix, great calamari, and ended with the best tiramisu I've had in a long time. If you're looking for some great Italian food, you have to try this place out. read more

We were looking for a brunch place; sadly, we don't have restaurants offering brunch in the area! While searching on Yelp, I found that Noli's has lunch specials and decided to check them out. We came in and were greeted nicely by the staff; luckily for them, we were their first customers of the day. This place is pretty large, ideal for large gatherings and celebrations. Everything looked spotless! We had fresh Garlic Bread, Caesar Salad, I had a Cappuccino + Tiramisu ($10), and a huge Chicken Alfredo for ($14.99), enough for two. Ive had a number of their dishes this way and never once thought I was missing anything. In fact, it may taste better this way! The decor itself isnt so "hey, were Italians, fuhgedabboutit!" Lovely place. Open dining are and patio and a play area for kids. Nice and casual place for a great meal. Or you can dress up. We meet some friends for a Christmas dinner. The staff were friendly, always came around to check on us. Also to pick up our plates as we finished. That was nice. They have beer on tap, I had a mcougnahaze ipa. They also have drinks and wine. No one else wanted to drink. Maria got the meat lasagna. Very good size plate, very meaty. Not too heavy on pasta, which we loved. She also had a salad. I almost filled up on the garlic knots, which are delicious. I hade the fettuccini carbonara, which was delicious. Better the next day. We will be back. We went during the week, not very busy at all. If you're looking for a decent Italian place with good service on this side of town, you have found it. It's inexpensive, they have good food, and great service. I enjoyed a bottled Peroni for $4.50, and the tall draft Paulaner Heffewiezen was $7.50. The Chicken Verona and Tortellini alla Palla were delicious. This place is truly hidden, and I absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere. It kind of reminded me of a place I went to in Alaska sort of like a large log cabin feel the environment was clean and the service was great. I ordered the lasagna which I am super picky with Italian food growing up in Europe and it was very delicious, my kids enjoyed their food which was the chicken Parm as well as the pizza. First I would say when you order food it should actually be served to you while your party is there.. I came for an air force retirement event and it took 30 minutes to get water. That was slow, but it then took another 20 minutes to take orders and after 2 hrs and 5 reminders I still never received my order. Now not complicated in the least, I ordered soup, just soup. I would just say this is not the place to go during a work day or maybe call it in as a to go and you may get your order. But I guess the Christmas decor at mid Jan should have been a warning. I don't know if ownership has changed for these restaurants. I have been to the one in San Antonio, and also new Braunfels have given them a few chances, and these last time that I've gone. The quality of food has gone down. The taste is no longer there. I even had to ask for garlic and they gave me garlic. Just add to my pasta, so I could taste anything. The oil isn't even the same. The one that they gave you with the bread, which the bread is still good. The whole vibe is amazing. Staff is wonderful. Just the food is no longer up to par of what it used to be on both locations. I thought it was me, but even my family mentioned that it doesn't taste the same. I'm sad because I always raved about this place and recommended everyone to it. read more

First visit today - and it won't be the last! Excellent appetizers. We had the sampler with shrimp (huge and tasty), cheese sticks (inhaled by my daughter), and fried ravioli (also delicious), and a full order of calamari. Calamari was the best I have ever had, helped along by their delicious marinara. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by their ranchero sauce, and an Italian restaurant by their marinara- master the basics and the rest will fall into place! Garlic knots with dipping oil were delicious, as was the crisp and fresh salad that came with our entrees. Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious, as was the chicken parmigiana, and the sausage arrabbiata. A little extra sausage would have been welcome, but the dish was still very good indeed. Service was exemplary and our young waiter was attentive and helpful at every turn. Food was superb! Probably can never go back to Olive Garden after eating here. It was so tasteful and authentic. It is definitely worth the price. I'd like pasta the trio was super cheesy and the pizzas was good for the size but the Italian sausage with peppers was the BEST! Service was the absolute highlight. Talk about a waiter that was calm and attentive but NOT bothersome. He just knew when to come to the table! Wish we remembered his name he definitely earned his tip.
