They have a team of great stylists and an easy online booking system. They do have a big customer base where sometimes you have to reserve a few weeks in advance for the stylist you want. There are different prices in regards to which stylist you want (based on their experience). I've gone to Salon de Elephant numerous times and have gotten cuts from Kei, Michael and recently Maria. Each time I've gone all stylists have been professional and friendly. I tend to go for the same hairstyle and each stylist was able to cut my hair to my liking. The hair wash and massage is always a treat - definitely a great head massage as you lie back and relax. Overall, great salon if you're looking for something around the Willowdale area! Will be returning for my next haircut.

I sat down with Julia pretty quickly and she took the time to look at my pictures of haircut ideas. She listened to what I was looking for and genuinely cares! Hair wash was heaven of course, and I was so ready for this cut. Julia took her time and continuously evaluated the hair length and how it was sitting. I love how meticulous she was with it all. And she was very friendly. It was easy to have a conversation with her and she just makes you feel comfortable. She ended up helping me style the new cut and I was over the moon with it! 110% recommend. Through the hour I was here, they had a few other clients in and you could tell all the stylists enjoyed chatting with them. They all have a great, welcoming aura. I also love the corner location. Their website is absolutely phenomenal. I came in at my scheduled time and was seated promptly. They gave me a complimentary drink and a few snacks. The ambiance was just like your typical Korean Hair Salon. My hair stylist was Hailey and I asked her what she thought would look good on me and she gave me a bunch of options. I really enjoyed the result and I think the haircut looks great. I usually go to N15 but I did not have a great experience last time so I decided to try a new salon. I would definitely come back or maybe visit one of their other sister salons. And next time, I think I would skip the down perm. I think $40 is a bit much and I don't really think it is worth it.
