There's an opportunity to enhance customer engagement. I visited the store to look for a specific pair of shoes. The only individuals in the store were employees, and no one acknowledged me. The employees appeared to be having a conversation about sneakers, and business operations. I guess their conversation was much more significant than assisting a customer. I briefly glanced at their sneaker selection and I left. I ended up purchasing the sneakers through an online resale website. Employing individuals that are passionate about sneakers is not always the best business decision. Retail stores need friendly individuals that are able to connect and create relationships. What's the point of having a store front if no one wants to welcome customers. If someone were to ask me for a sneaker store recommendation, Nojo Kicks would definitely not come to mind. read more

Don't be drawn in by the selection of exclusive shoes. Every single item from clothing to shoes is drastically overpriced. It's like these people are buying from resellers and then putting a secondary resell price on top of that. For example: They were asking $700 for a pair of white cement 4s, and I checked StockX and they had them for $320. I bought a Medium size VLone "Friends" t-shirt for my nephew as a gift. He ended up having that same shirt already, so I went back to the store to return the completely unopened gift the next day. The worker told me there was nothing they could do for me and that all sales are final. The cashier proceeded to turn a sign that was faced away from the customer around that said "all sales are final." This wasn't communicated to me in any way, and it seems intentional so that if they do manage to scam someone with these prices, there is no way they can ever get their money back regardless of the circumstances. This is no way to do business at all, as I also bought my girlfriend a pair of shoes as well. AVOID NOJO KICKS AT ALL COSTS, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP AT ONLINE SELLERS LIKE STOCKX OR GRAILED WHERE YOU WILL FIND REASONABLE PRICES FOR THE SAME PRODUCTS. read more

Noone shop here. I bought a pair of green glow 4s and they said that they would give me an 82 dollar store credit because they came out to be a mismatch pair and I didn't find out until I went home. I live over an hour away and homie promised to send me an email and still hasn't sent me one. To add to the bullshit I also paid a whopping 302 dollars for a mismatch pair. These guys are garbage. No business experience at all as if you grabbed some bums off the side of r he road and gave them a business expecting them to run it. I will never return again and for everyone's best interest I would tell them not to go there as well. Horrible customer service. This store is fake. This company is not trustworthy, they stated in a DM that they would buy my Yeezy Belugas for $400-$600 used. I come to store and drive 1 almost 2 hours to the store I bring my shoes In and they asked "are they used or new", and we said they were used once. They said "sorry we don't buy used shoes", and they stated they would buy my shoes for $400-$600, they said they only buy shoes on the weekend but didn't communicate with me. I advise to not buy here, there all kid that are not professionals, I suggest you do not buy here and go buy online like the website SlangThis.com / or Goat app where you can communicate better and their both trustworthy. We traveled to LA recently and stopped by the well known Flight Club. We found NOJO Kicks which is right in our backyard. And given the choice, we would rather go to NOJO. Their customer service is top notch. From the moment you walk in, they are so friendly and helpful but not pushy. We have returned 3 times and will continue to do so. Now for those of you sneaker enthusiasts that are concerned about coming to Downtown Detroit from the suburbs, don't be concerned. The store is located in a safe, clean, and vibrant area.
