Fun fact, May is busy. Weddings, prom's, Bar Mitzvahs... it is all happening. Walking in a week before prom, I was concerned we were SOL but as long as we were ok with the traditional black tux, Sam's could make it happen. This was actually our first choice. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. A+ customer service! Highly recommend.

This location alone was disorganized, unknowledgeable about suits, fit and style. They weren't even aware of other Collin locations. I mentioned I was from Toronto and needed to order something to a close location to Toronto and they told me that London was the closets, meanwhile, there's a few in the GTA area I found out at a later time of wasting time, money and gas. There were so many things that went wrong with this company between the Windsor and London (head office) locations. This post would be extremely long if I listed every issue I had within a 3-4 month period - most stressful 3-4 months. There are much better suit clothing companies out there in Windsor/Amherstburg area. I also found better prices at other suit companies - just at a regular price.

Max helped walk me through the process and the different fabrics for different looks and different weather. The whole process was made easy and suit I received was exactly what I was hoping for. Keith was a rockstar and couldn't have been more personable or helpful. I couldn't recommend him enough. The reason I'm giving four stars is the time it took to get the pants made. I think they had some delays with their fabrics getting thru customs and then actually getting the pants created. All in all, it took about four months...and the communication during that time was a little spotty. But Keith was super apologetic and tried his best to get things done as quickly as he could. I really appreciated his help!
