She accused me of lying, saying the rust stains THEY CREATED, were on the shirt when I brought it in. The shirt has been worn one time, for a couple or hours, and was in perfect condition when taken in. She's stated it's our fault and she will not replace the shirt under any circumstances. This is not a place I will ever do business with again and hope it stops you from thinking it "won't happen to you" after reading several of the same review with this issue.

The owner is a very nice older gentleman and he was able to hem my pants in 1 day. He said sometimes they can have it ready the same day. Very nice to deal with and reasonably priced. They did a great job and I'll be back when I need any kind of alterations.
