We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. I went in with my husband to see him try on tux's at the time but the owner pointed out that it would make more sense to buy a suit than rent a tux and I am so happy we did that. He was extremely nice to my husband and attentive to details and my husband's wishes. I enjoyed the fact he was able to try on the suits and did not feel pressured to make a decision right away. All of the guys and both our dads said they were treated respectfully as well. My dad can ask an overwhelming amount of questions so it made me really happy to see him excited after purchasing his suit! The guys also got their ties and pocket squares from here. All of the closer spots were taken so we had to park in an area where there was tons of rocks and I almost fell at one point. I understand that they are doing construction next door, but they should at least take care of the area where people to need to park for the stores that are open. Anyways, on to the store itself. This location didn't have nearly as much as the Lansing location. The aisles were only have filled. Lame. Maybe since they are newer they didn't get as much inventory?
