She gives the greatest deals on any dress in her store & if she doesn't have it- she will order it for you and still give you a better price! My recent visit was for alterations- I decided to go to Betsy because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dress. This dress was not anything simple- lots and lots of jewels and delicate material that had to be altered 4 sizes smaller. I only had to go in for a fitting two times and it fit like a glove. She also doesn't charge much for alterations compared to other bridal shops. I also like that Betsy always makes sure the customer is happy and has an eye to make sure you look great in anything. I will always recommend this place to everyone I know! I'll be back again.

At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.

I don't know why I ever agreed to go through with this purchase, but as you can see from the photos, she is very deceiving. She told me she can make a beautiful wedding gown for me... but the reality is she lied. Whatever you do, don't waste your time or money. I lost $450 because of her. Do not pay her cash... that way you can dispute the payment if you are unsatisfied. And if you become like me and need a dress 2 weeks before your wedding (because you were deceived by Amanda), go to bestbridalprices.com and choose a dress that's in stock. They saved my wedding day with a beautiful Pronovias gown. Shame on Amanda and the awful person that she is. She ruins what's suppose to be one of the best moments. She can't keep her end of the deal, idk why she promises customers she can. Do not go to this place.

I wanted satin champagne dresses for them to try on as well as a sparkly option for my maid of honor. They had a very poor selection for us to choose from and we felt rushed when we wanted to look at the dresses ourselves. This is why I did not want to state the colors I was considering because then that is what was going to be hard targeted. It would have been nice to be given space to breathe and look around. The experience was 2 stars but I bumped the rating up to 3 because we did find dresses here despite feeling pushed. Another problem was that they never called us when the dresses came in. I just happened to have a bridesmaid that came in a couple months later because she could not do the original date and the dresses were there! I would not rely on this place if you are in a crunch for time. I cannot imagine trusting them with finding my wedding dress! All the photos were taken by K.E. Rogers Photography

I went in with my husband to see him try on tux's at the time but the owner pointed out that it would make more sense to buy a suit than rent a tux and I am so happy we did that. He was extremely nice to my husband and attentive to details and my husband's wishes. I enjoyed the fact he was able to try on the suits and did not feel pressured to make a decision right away. All of the guys and both our dads said they were treated respectfully as well. My dad can ask an overwhelming amount of questions so it made me really happy to see him excited after purchasing his suit! The guys also got their ties and pocket squares from here. My husband and dads did not because I wanted a different pattern. The owner even tipped us off that there are longer tie options that can be purchased since my husband and his father are so tall!
