I am a former employee of this establishment. Here's what I have to say about this statement; Cecil B's was built by one of the most humble and presitgious Gentlemen that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Everybody has flaws, and customers will always rant and rave when they don't get their way. Let me be a living testimony to whoever may have read this posting and therefore have decided not to shop here. You couldn't go anywhere else in the United States of America and not leave Cecil B's with a smile on your face and feeling good about your presentation when you wear what I dressed you in. My staff all operated on the same level of 5 star World Class customer service. Anybody that I trained had a priority to deliver it. Where did I learn this? I won't disclose that information but I can tell you that I didn't know how to apply it until the owner Pravin Bhagwan took me under his wing and told me, he said: "Son you are a very methodical man and you will do great things in life!" Hired me and pushed and worked with me until the greatness became a second nature. If you visit the store, ask for him by name. I promise you that you will not leave unhappy! I was disappointed to hear this when I read it and encourage anybody to support this man. He didn't make it 25 years in business off of bad customer service. This is my message to Marshell L.: We as humans have three things that make up our social being; thoughts, feelings and actions. We only have one ethical way to express our thoughts, and that is to talk about them. We carry and contain our feelings because like thoughts they are internal and have a great bearing on our actions, which in turn are displayed externally.... Know, that you could be the most beautiful person in the world or maybe the most unattractive person in the world, but the energy that you send out as a result of displaying your thoughts feelings and actions are exactly what you are perceived as; furthermore, what you become. I encourage you to go back to Cecil B's. Give the staff another chance. I promise you; you will not be displeased. I have contacted Pravin myself personally and discussed this with him. This man helped me when my back was against the wall with nearly no where else to turn to except the streets. We have had waaay more good times than bad. You have to understand and think in terms of this being your own establishment when you shop anywhere and then you'll understand better why you may or may not have had your way! God Bless read more
