She gives the greatest deals on any dress in her store & if she doesn't have it- she will order it for you and still give you a better price! My recent visit was for alterations- I decided to go to Betsy because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dress. This dress was not anything simple- lots and lots of jewels and delicate material that had to be altered 4 sizes smaller. I only had to go in for a fitting two times and it fit like a glove. She also doesn't charge much for alterations compared to other bridal shops. I also like that Betsy always makes sure the customer is happy and has an eye to make sure you look great in anything. I will always recommend this place to everyone I know! I'll be back again.

At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.

Amanda is…read moreunprofessional, and you can see that when you first enter the store with the disastrous condition it is in. I don't know why I ever agreed to go through with this purchase, but as you can see from the photos, she is very deceiving. She told me she can make a beautiful wedding gown for me... but the reality is she lied. Whatever you do, don't waste your time or money. I lost $450 because of her. Do not pay her cash... that way you can dispute the payment if you are unsatisfied. And if you become like me and need a dress 2 weeks before your wedding (because you were deceived by Amanda), go to bestbridalprices.com and choose a dress that's in stock. They saved my wedding day with a beautiful Pronovias gown. Shame on Amanda and the awful person that she is. She ruins what's suppose to be one of the best moments. She can't keep her end of the deal, idk why she promises customers she can. Do not go to this place.

My primary issue is that the woman who services me, nearly every time I go, overcharged me on more than one occasion. I let the first time go and caulked it up as an honest error. This time I could not ignore it. I left the dry-cleaning ticket in my car. The woman, who almost always services me, urged me not to go and get it out of my car. She looked it up and rang me up for 33 dollars. When I looked at the ticket that I left in my car, I noticed that she overcharged me by 6 dollars. I brought it to her attention, and she refunded and apologized. I was more upset that when I went in to pick up the clothes that I left to be dry cleaned (before realizing the overcharge), the woman would not give me eye contact, speak or make any attempt to keep my business. I will never go back.
