She did my wedding dress and entire bridal party in one week and the work was flawless and a fraction of the price elsewhere!

I called two weeks before my wedding specifically to ask whether I needed an appointment to have my…read morewedding dress steamed. I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly and avoiding any last-minute issues. I spoke with a woman named Br****, and I was told that I did not need an appointment and that I could bring my dress in either two days before the wedding or even the day of. I called again five days before bringing my dress in to confirm because I wanted to be absolutely certain. Once again, Br**** gave me the same information and told me I did not need an appointment. I ultimately brought my dress in three days before my wedding, specifically following the advice I had been given so that my dress would have time to be steamed without becoming wrinkled again. Instead of being met with understanding, I was made to feel like I had made a mistake by not having an appointment. What was especially upsetting was that I had tried twice to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I shouldn't have had to feel stupid or irresponsible when I had gone out of my way to call ahead and confirm the process. was originally quoted $80, and the price ultimately increased to $175. I understand pricing can very but I had a very simple 2 layer dress. Given the circumstances and the way I was treated when I brought my dress in, the price increase honestly felt retaliatory. I cannot say what the intention was, but as a customer, that is how it came across. It was extremely upsetting to have the price more than double after I had specifically called ahead, followed the instructions I was given, and was then made to feel as though the situation was somehow my fault. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only part of my experience that left me disappointed. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt incredibly out of place and uncomfortable. During such an emotional and important time in my life, I expected to feel welcomed, supported, and excited. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and like I was a problem for simply trying to get my wedding dress ready. I genuinely wish I could take this experience back. I did everything I could to avoid a last-minute issue: I called ahead, I asked questions, I called again to confirm, and I followed the instructions I was given. I should not have been made to feel stupid for relying on the information provided by the store.

I just wanna talk so I'm in a wedding. The first time we went we picked our dresses out. They…read moregave us a price and they didn't tell us until the end that we had to purchase the dresses that day to get price that was number were rude. Second time I went because I needed alterations to me. They were very pricey again. Some of them were rude as a matter of fact, it was a lady named so now I do have to go back and pick my dress up. I think they're pricey. Their customer service is not great at all and if you're gonna work business, you're dealing with people learn how to talk to even if you have a bad don't bring your bad vibe to work the the rudeness and everything, but I don't suggest this to nobody. oh, I forget and everyone was measured for their dress and everyone dress had something going on. My dress was so big somebody else dress was so small. Somebody else dress was too big somebody else dress needed that other. What's the point of measuring and then you have to get another dress to get alterations and get XYZ
