Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline!
