Nice ambiance; they'll offer you a cold beverage too-- take it. I had a nail tech named Chloe. This was my first time having her, as I have never seen her before. Not only was she a perfectionist, (in a good way), but she was efficient. My pedicure was amazing! She massaged my calves, my feet, and even gave my legs a nice pat down. She did my nails also. She took her time, she addressed my concerns, and she was nothing shy of great. I will definitely go back and see her as I'm a regular at this nail salon. Make sure when you go, you enter your phone number at check-in. They have a point system and you get money off of your services. I've been lucky enough to have five and ten dollars removed from my services a few times, and they even send text messages with links to get percentages off of your service. Unfortunately, what I received was barely 2-3 minutes of light rubbing, which felt more like going through the motions than an actual massage. When I expressed my concern to the technician, she apologized and said she didn't speak English well. I then spoke with the manager, who told her she needed to "work on her English"--which felt inappropriate and dismissive of the real issue: the service I was promised wasn't delivered. To make matters worse, when I checked out, I was charged an additional $18 on top of the $50 pedicure--for the gel polish itself. I've never heard of gel polish not being included in a gel pedicure. No one mentioned this up front, and it felt like a bait-and-switch. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt misled and undervalued as a customer. Decided to try this place today because the main nail salon was super backed up and I forgot to make an appointment and my second choice nail salon was under staffed so instead of waiting 2 hours I gave this place a try. My nail tech burned me with the electric file in 6 different fingers and then cut me on my pinky finger and put an alcohol of some sort on it to get it to stop bleeding - owww!!! She didn't even apologize..... she was finished with my fill in 20 minutes which normally I would be super impressed and happy however if you saw my Nails you would see why she finished in 20 minutes! All were crooked and had her fix them 3 times before I just said "nevermind I'll fix them at home" at the end she was talking to me so n Spanish and I had no idea what she was saying and she apologized for not knowing English. My Daughter recommended this mail place because My favorite nail tech moved. First when we walked in it was a lot of people waiting and it took a while to be seated. Second when we were seated for our pedicures the bites asked if wanted something to drink we gave her our order and she never came back. The guy who did my pedicure scrubbed the heck out of a very delicate area of my upper foot and removed the skin. It hurt so bad and ruined my whole pedi experience. I had a dip change and pedicure. My basic pedicure was good. It's was simple got the job done, I was satisfied. I asked for a manicure, this never happened. What he didn't Dremel off stayed in tack. I wanted a picture with the blue stars. We were well into 30 minutes of him not being able to paint a star he got help. The other man struggled also. I said just do my ring fingers and be done. I haven't had a 15 mins pedicure in my life, the wait for the service was too long, staff is rude, quality of service is poor and the worst part is that they forgot that people who lives in this country knows different languages, so sad know that several of the staff were talking and making fun of several clients in their language. It was ok. Not a huge fan of the quality of my nails. Dip is very thick, nothing was done with my cuticles except at the end she poured a ton of oil on my nails and told me to go wash it off. Spent more money here than my usual nail place for less quality. No lotion, no cuticle work, and rushed job that left bumpy edges on 2 of my nails. Hopefully they improve their technique. My normal tech is Johnny. He was away for about almost a month. I've been doing my nails with a different tech while he's been gone. He texts me today like he always does to confirm my appt with him for 10/28. I told him I had changed it to today 10/21 at 4:00 with the other tech I've been doing my nails with. He got upset because "supposedly" I changed the appointment and the time last minute which I did not because I changed earlier in the week which was on Monday and he said I knew he was coming back and that now he was getting blamed for the change. Not sure what that means and what exactly he was getting blamed for by his boss. He tells me that I need to tell him in advance if I want an earlier time which I normally do. I told him the only reason I've been taking the last appointment time which is 6:00 was because HE preferred for me to come at that time that way he doesn't have to do anymore customers. He tried to say that I was the one that I preferred to come at 6:00 which is not true. Every time I gave him a time I preferred he would push it to be a little after of what I requested. So I was like ok fine. He basically dropped me as a client and said I can continue to stay with the other tech since he heard I liked him and I told him that I was going to him because he was away on vacation and that I wouldn't mind going back to him originally for a new appt date. He told me to stay with the other tech for now on. I'm very disappointed because he is a good tech but having that attitude for no apparent reason because of me changing my appt date and time is just ridiculous. To text me like that with an attitude is not professional what so ever like WE the customers are the reason you're getting paid. I'm a very loyal customer and for him to come out the way he did is unacceptable. He was a jerk for nothing. Shame on him. It's bad enough it's super expensive to even get your nails done there but I still went to get my nails done because they do come out really nice. These techs need to learn some manners and stop with their attitudes and stop taking things personally. I never write reviews, just because it's not my thing. But when I say don't go here, don't go here. I went to this salon because it's close to my house, and I didn't feel like driving up 301 to my regular nail place. All I wanted was to remove my old acrylic nails and get gel nail polish. The lady I had kept insisting that I needed to get a touch up on the acrylic because the "gel won't hold, no nail polish will hold" "as soon you walk out the nail polish will break". And I told her firmly that I don't care if she can make the acrylic feel like a nature nail, I just wanted them off and I was set on getting a gel polish. She takes me back and cuts my nails super short and starts basically ripping the acrylic off my natural nail. She didn't even soak them she just took a little tool and is popping them off (which btw hurts!). While she's doing this, She shows me and goes "see your nails are too thin and flimsy" like she didn't just rip half of it off. She only got two of them off until she jabs under my actual nail with the tool she's using to take them off, and I told her I don't want the gel, and I want her to soak my nails off like every other salon. She basically just gives me a bowl of nail polish remover to soak my hands in, which whatever fine. Finally she gets all the acrylic off but has basically ruined the nail length and my nails just because I didn't want acrylic nails. Surprise surprise when I go to another nail salon (LA nails), they can do gel nails and didn't understand why this salon insisted to me they can't. Save your money and time and go to LA nails on 301 or literally anywhere else. read more

I always get my nails done here and this time lasted 7 days. Usually lasts 3 weeks, I called asking if they changed product brand or something and the girl that answered knew nothing. Not even offered me to talk to a manager or anyone that do nails since she said she doesn't do nails. Whatever they put on my nails it was really cheap and bad. It's been forever since I was able to get a mani-pedi but this weekend I had some time available and decided to do something for ME! Instead of my regular place I always went I decided to try something new. I had seen this nail place from the road many times and wanted to try it out. I called ahead on a Saturday morning to see if they could accommodate a walk-in or if I needed an appt. The guy who answered was friendly and advised if I could get there in 10-15 mins they could take me right back. I did just that, upon walking in they had me wash my hands and then Maria took me back for my pedicure. She was so sweet and kind and very great at what she was doing. I was relaxed and she did a wonderful job! For my manicure, I was handed off to Hannah who seemed very rushed and overwhelmed. I explained I wanted to get a full set eventually because my nails just don't grow but didn't have the time for it that day so I was going with a basic manicure with polish. She kept pushing the powder dip manicure and since I'm not familiar with it I asked what the benefit was and she didn't give me any answer. So I just kept saying I'll stick with the regular. I found that a little annoying but I had enjoyed my experience thus far so I stayed. Next she was asking if I wanted the full manicure or just my nails polished. Since she was being so pushy and seemed so rushed I asked if she even had time for a full manicure. She said yes and so I obliged and I could see her roll her eyes in aggravation, which almost made me just cancel the manicure all together and just pay for my pedicure and leave. But when she came back from getting the manicure supplies she seemed to have a better attitude. I was already tuned out at that point. I don't like feeling rushed when I'm in a relaxed atmosphere (or what is supposed to be relaxed). My manicure was done and I checked out. The price was great, $42.00 for both and I really enjoyed my pedicure with Maria. I gave a $10 tip (hopefully Maria got the majority) and went on my way. My toes are looking great but you can see in the picture that the manicure....not so much. It's only been a day and a half and they are chipping and almost off, maybe I should have done the dip? Either way, if you get the right people this place is great! I'll stick with my regular place next time but I wouldn't put this on my list of places to avoid. read more

I have been a few times. The first few times were great and I was excited for a new "home". I loved getting my brows done there. The last 2 times were a bit of a different story. I got a manicure (just regular for Easter, chipped the same day and was gone by Monday. Yesterday I went in for a gel but decided to upgrade to dip. The poor little receptionist had no customer service skills and mumbled and pointed her way through my check in. My nails are really small and I know they're a challenge, but I was made fun of and fussed at the whole time. The nails do look great, but I wasn't expecting to go in and defend myself against jabs to my face in English and mocking about me in Vietnamese. Sad to leave a negative review. It's not like me to do so if I'm leaving one, it's pretty bad! However, my sister and I are new to the area so we decided to give this place a try. I literally don't think I've ever been so rushed out of a nail salon in my life. I chose to do dip with acrylic like I usually do but at the end he put gel over top, which I didn't know was done with dip, with out even asking me. I don't even think it took 40 minutes because they were so rushed and so worried about getting the next customer in the door. My nails do not look like $56 worth of nails. These pictures are three days after they were done. I am embarrassed to be seen with them so I'm going to end up having to go somewhere else pay the money again and have them re-done. He didn't even check if all my nails are even (which they aren't). And there are random nails that are filed really far in so they look all hacked. Really disappointed. read more

I'm seeing the salon only has 3 stars which is astonishing to me. I highly recommend it to anyone for any service. They have great costumer service and offer you a drink of choice and make sure you're well taken care of during your experience with them. Masks are required and worn by all for safety purposes. Henry did my nails and toes and did a great job. I know I don't get the typical acrylic nail length or design but he walked me through his process and was very clear with what he could and could not do. Needless to say he did amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All staff are very friendly as well. Great atmosphere. 10/10. Found my new go to!! read more

I just got a manicure and pedicure here. I picked a color and asked for regular polish on my toes and gel on my fingers. The color on my fingers is very different than the one on my toes. I told them it was different but they kept saying it was the same color. No one really seemed to care. They offered to redo it with a different color but I didn't have time to wait for them to remove the gel and then redo it. Also, the girl who did my pedicure didn't trim or even push back my cuticles and it just looks sloppy. I won't be going here again read more
