I've been coming here for years and it's still one of the most reliable stations around. Pro Tip: Their card readers at the pump are currently out of order, so plan to pay inside. We were told this is the place to go for the cheapest gas in the area. $3.89 per gallon when everywhere else is almost $4.50 per gallon. You have to go inside and pay with a debit card first then come out to pump your gas. I'm not sure of the quality of the gas, but it must be decent if a lot of people use it. read more

How in the freaking hell does this place have 2.5 stars??? Lol. People really must not know about life and/or business to be rating them this low. first and most importantly, this place is literally $.50-$.70 less per gallon then the only other gas station in the area!! Then the closest stations farther away are sometimes a full DOLLAR more expensive. To post a review and shit on a company that is providing gas for that cheap when they absolutely DO NOT HAVE TO, especially when their competitor is only 2 blocks away, is super ungrateful. Most other areas of San Diego are more than a dollar above Noil. To top that off though, this is a GAS STATION, and yet they are clean as heck. What? In what world is that even a thing? Even the credit card keypad is CLEAN. I've never seen one of those sparkling clean at a gas station in my life lol. The restrooms almost always smell *good*, yes, not only do they not smell like piss, but they actually smell pretty in there, believe it or not. Finally, the employees are friendly. Like, every single one of them. I have no idea how the heck the manager has been able to find 100% of their people to be such chill people, but I have been serviced from 5 different employees both day, night, and wee hours, and they are all good people. I will say that I am freaked out by the phone addiction by the girls working there, lol. They seriously are on their phones CONSTANTLY and look up at the register sometimes. A great place to stop for inexpensive gas while down by the border. It's a little bit out of the way, but worth the little extra drive. They consistently have some of the lowest gas prices in town. Service from the team working here has always been cordial and professional. The pumps themselves could be updated. For some reason they don't process any cards at the pump, although the option physically exists. Once swiped, it looks like the information is being processed, but then customers are notified to see cashiers. Frustrating to say the least. But if you're expecting it, not so terrible. I was looking locally in the Otay Mesa area for the best deal on gas. Their sign said 2.29 pretty good price I thought. I drove passed 7-11 on La Media and saw that it was 2.39, so was The Pilot truck stop. I drove back to Nuil Mart. When I got to the pumps much to my disappointment the price was 2.39? Now normally I don't sweat a few pennies but when I think people are taking advantage , well that bugs me. I won't be back. read more

If you value your time at all, avoid this place! They lure you in with very low gas prices, and then completely waste your time. There is no pay at the pump, not for debit, not for credit, NO PAY AT THE PUMP! Consequently, the line is crazy long. The counter person, just one mind you, makes zero effort to move things along. I love this place! Cheapest gas in SD county and the customer service is great. The lady with the face piercings is amazing and funny. She has a quirky attitude and is a friend to everyone, especially the regulars. I'll keep coming here until I move. My family has been waiting outside this horrible gas station for about 25 minutes. At first we were wondering why none of the cars were leaving the pumps, and if the owners of the cars were just shopping inside for food. Then we noticed the huge line outside of the store, I was thinking that it was the line for the bathroom. My husband gets out the car, and finds out the line is to get inside the gas station, because they are currently closed at 1:40 p.m.! The sign on the door said they would be back at 1:45 p.m., on such a busy day! They opened it at 1:55 p.m., on a busy day next to the border! I'm from Modesto CA, and this was a horrible experience. They are one of the cheapest gas stations in San Diego on a regular basis. But there are lot of problems with coming here. Right now they're accepting cash only. I asked him when will they be taking card again, and they've been telling me tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow... For the last 3 weeks. Most of the time there is a line and it's a regular occurrence for people to come around and cut from the opposite side to get in front of you. The station does absolutely nothing about this. There is honking and arguments and fights commonly. Sometimes it feels dangerous going here. They need to get a little more control over the gas station. read more

This gasoline station has the best prices in gasoline but the employees make up the hour of when it closes and opens. Apparently they decided to close to take a break & be on their phones. This gas station was very attractive to me because I drive for Lyft and the gas is extremely cheap, but there's consequences that come with it...the customer service is TERRIBLE. You can't use your credit or debit card at ANY of the gas pumps. You must go inside. Only 1 out of their 3 registers accept cards inside. Must pay CASH. Extremely rude staff. Always some issue with either gas pump breaking, debit/credit machine down, customer service being rude. Not worth the extra 15 mile south drive. It would be a different story if they were actually cool here and actually had WORKING GAS PUMPS! How can you not use your credit or debit card at a gas pump?? That is crazy! Lol. Highly efficient gas and mart station. They have good gas at decent prices. They have 16 gas pumps and 8 diesel pumps for fast and easy access. The prices there are as low as gas prices are going to get, and they have good gas; it lasts a long time. read more

Best gas price around the area with a big mart in case you want something to drink or snack on. It also has diesel for cars or big trucks. At peak hours it's super busy but hey that happens when the prices are good anywhere. They also have restrooms in case you really need to go like when you're driving long distance and can't wait.
