Choosing Palozzi Flooring to install vinyl planks in our master bedroom paid off nicely in a…read moretimely, affordable endeavor. Owner Anthony acknowledged our budget and presented many appealing options. Gustavo Felix and Jesus performed the multi-step process from carpet removal to custom baseboard painting. My husband commented that he was glad we hadn't attempted the project ourselves--since we're consummate DIYers--after watching the complicated process and the obvious ease of their long expertise. I appreciated Gustavo's edification on flooring types and the pros and cons of product choices between flooring contractors and Floor & Decor. Seems there's a big difference in the "Uni Click" and "Easy Click" types of planks that is not addressed in online tutorials. (He advocates the former.) We had originally decided on Floor & Decor products and merely sought installation estimates. Although we ultimately lucked out in meeting with Anthony and finding commensurately-priced products, I suggest more initial pushback to educate first-timers about quality differences and pricing. Big-box stores aren't necessarily the best choice. We are pleased with the new bedroom look and anticipate similar carpet replacement throughout the house down the road.

They have just completed installing the same vinyl plank flooring in the family room, living room/dining room, and the master bedroom. They blended the pervious installation with the new flooring seamlessly. These two jobs totaling about 2,500 sf have been completed with care. We stayed in our home throughout the processes, with the work areas kept clean and neat. Furniture was moved with care from room to room out of the way of the work. Old carpeting was removed and the new vinyl planks were installed over the old ceramic tiles in the hallway and kitchen, with minor ramping to go up and over. Owner Vladimir and helper Mike are professional in every way. We are thrilled with their work and are proud to give them our highest recommendation.

Other companies and contractors flaked or tried to provide me with general estimates via texts. Not Carlos. -His estimate was clearly outlined and there was no pressure to do things a certain way. Because I was working with a budget and fluctuating ideas on baseboard and the type of floor I would select. Carlos made it easy to view and choose because everything was listed and itemized. He also was always available to me to answer questions or clarify items for me. -He didn't flinch when I asked about a seamless install and he never made me feel bad for asking questions or referring to my budget. He was always kind, understanding, and professional. -When other factors that had nothing to do with him came up, he offered to help me with referrals to other trades like plumbers, etc. -When it came time for the install, his team was prompt, thorough, and very efficient. OF ALL THE TRADES HIS TEAM WAS THE ONLY ONE TO LEAVE MY HOME BETTER THAN THEY FOUND IT. Sorry to scream on that one but it was that much of a stand out. His guys took care of everything needed to do the job and then cleaned my home and the space they were working on outside without me asking, following up, or needing to do it myself. -Finally.
