This is honestly the best haircut I've had. She took the time to explain how to maintain and style my curls better, which was super helpful. You can tell she knows her stuff and cares about getting it right. The private suite is also a really comfortable, welcoming environment which made the whole experience even better. We'll definitely be bringing our little ones here too. Highly recommend Suite Fades if you've got curls or just want someone who pays attention to detail. I'll definitely be back!

I made the mistake of getting an appointment for a trim, and was surprised when they didn't wash my hair first and cut it dry. I've never had that happen before. You actually have to ask for a shampoo, cut and blow dry, or they will just give you a cut. Prices are great, and my trims are always done well.

(Not a pleasant atmosphere for me and my Hispanic partner) Also the barbers didn't know what a Drop Fade is... that should of been another sign to find another place. I even had a photo of the fade pulled up and this is what I got. My fade isn't even nor is it close to what I asked for. To top it off their equipment is very old and not taken care of, my hair kept getting pulled and I kept getting stabbed with the clippers. So if you have tough skin and don't mind terrible service this is the place for you.

I knew it was possible for me to have a bad experience as I had not been there before but was looking for a new positive one. Well those hopes were dashed as soon as I pulled up. A sign posted clearly read "Attention: No Walk Ins Allowed." A handwritten sign on the door said "We are open by appointment only." Needless to say when you have posted business hours and a customer arrives during those hours and the shop was indeed closed it hurts your business. My message to the proprietor of this business is "I suppose you don't want any money." If zero was a rating I would give it. Good job on the 1 star rating though. You didn't have to do anything to get it.
