My friend was using Groupon for the service and was treated awfully at the end. A staff member brought another staff member out to coerce them into a tip LARGER than 20% after my friend was already putting their card down to tip 20%. They made us feel like we weren't paying for the service even though it was fully paid for! I honestly felt afraid that they would threaten to call the police. I later found out that they pulled down my friend's pants during the standard massage service? I still have questions about that! If you anyone sees this business on Groupon, do NOT buy. They do not respect Groupon customers

I walked in and was greeted by a woman at the front desk, and the first thing she said to me was looked "is that just fat" (looking at my stomach). I was flabbergasted. There is a better way to say "we don't service women who are pregnant". I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she recommended the me 30 min massage for $50. I agreed that was ok. She then asked me to pay before I was serviced. I responded that I'd like to pay after I am serviced. She then stated to find another spa to go to because it was "boss rules" to ask for payment before being serviced. I kindly walked right out of this business and pray no one patronizes them for good.

WORST MASSAGE EVER! First of all, and friend and I went into JJ day spa for the deep tissue hot…read morestone massage, but they ended up leading us outside to a spa next door. I forgot the name of it but there were pink and green flowers in the hallways and I think the lobby was painted red. Buyers beware of this bait and switch. Now for the massage review. My masseuse was so rough on my shoulders that a day later I am STILL in pain - inflamed and tender the touch (which prompted me to write this now). The back massage was also wildly uncomfortable. She moved so quickly and frantically that it felt like carpet burn, even will all the GOBS of oil she was using. When the hot stones came, she also used them wildly that I finally had to speak up to ask her to slow down. Unfortunately, she nor the other masseuse in the room understood a single word I said, even after attempting to mime it out to her! So she continued to manhandle my back before moving on to my legs where she applied an ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC amount of pressure. Seriously, it felt like just putting on lotion on after a shower. I've never left a massage feeling worse than when I started but somehow they pulled it off. Awful. 0/10.

My hair feels soft and smelled great. The service itself was not relaxing for me and my mom, as the employees spent the majority of the session talking. I was also bothered by the fact that people were entering into the room throughout the session to chat with the employees completing our service and my mom is very modest, so this bothered her. The concentration between hair/facial/body isn't evenly split so the hands/feet were quickly completed and not given the attention or time I feel they deserved. I have gone to multiple spas and for an expensive service, I honestly expected more. Update: 05-12-2026 They reached out and offered $80 off my $400 service as a way to reconcile for issues during service. Although it doesn't alter the experience, I appreciate the business actively making strides to address issues.
