Great spot for boba tea with a wide variety of drinks and toppings to choose from. The service is attentive, and fast, and the shop is clean and well maintained. I especially love the self-order kiosks, which make the process quick and easy. You can customize everything from your sugar level to toppings and add-ons, making it easy to get your drink exactly the way you like it.

It's Peach Season

The Baseline: For bubble tea cafes the drinks must have the proper temperature for the drink, suitably firm tapioca pearls, and the drink must be quality. Food: I ordered a large White Peach Tea with boba and it was a large, tall drink. Had a good amount of sugar but I would opt to go lower on your sugar count. Service: I felt sorry for the employee the day I went because she was handling every aspect of the drink prep to the customers. She was a work horse. Ambiance: The cafe is a little cluttered with storage near the front. The order kiosk is easy enough to use and is easy to customize. No bathroom available.

Brown Sugar Fresh Milk With Boba

This location is on Sawtelle next to the somisomi. Small shop, no seating, kiosk ordering (super quick and efficient). I ordered the brown sugar milk with boba and it came out super quick. The boba is so soft and chewy. This brown sugar is very unique, tastes almost salty. Not my favorite but not bad. I would probably skip this and get another drink next time

Reliably delicious. Benches in the shade. I wish they had a bathroom, but, besides that, I love this tea place.

Matcha waffle
Calena A.

The waffle here is not chewy but still good because it came out warm. The ordering is convenient with the kiosks but unfortunately there's no indoor seating so you have to go to the outdoor seats on the street.

No cash accepted; kiosk only, fast service. Salty Thai tea has boba included. Highly recommend. Parking is easy to find behind the store.

Tried this place out and the black milk teas were pretty good!!! I took off one star bc the crystal boba was a tad small and hard. Service was fast. It's located in a very small space so don't expect to sit down and chit chat with your friends. Will come back to give them another shot. Check them out!

Came for some peachy boba, and it didn't disappoint. The giant picture of the green grape boba bamboozled my daughter, though. It was tasty, but looks absolutely nothing like the picture

Very sweet but good flavors. Nice cups and pretty colors for a refreshing treat to satisfy your sweet cravings.

I got Hokkaido Milk Tea with cheese foam and crystal boba. Boba drink was good and tasty just as I ordered it. Will order again from this place.

Mega Thai Tea
Winn H.

Tip: The Mega size comes with a handle, but make sure it can fit in the cup holder (if driving out) before committing! Otherwise, you'll need to have a friend / carrier hold it if you want to enjoy it to avoid risking any spills on the drive home. - - - - - - Noble Tea's been on my sights for a while, but there wasn't an opportunity to try it until recently! I had their Thai Tea (25% sweet) with crystal boba, aloe vera, and egg pudding - why? I have no idea; the temptations of foregone free toppings and the avoidance of more calorie heavy options were difficult. I enjoyed ordering the mega because it also means that I have a drink for the next day. Since I didn't get boba, I didn't have to risk it getting hard in the fridge. The 25% sweet option was good, but still a tad too sweet or me. Next time I return, I may get no sugar. I will admit, though, these toppings did not mix well with Thai Tea (what was I thinking?) but for the best bang for your buck, I admit Noble Tea is probably the best option around Sawtelle / Westwood!

My favorite combo! Huge!

This is a regular staple for me when I'm craving late night snack or drinks. Amazing!!!

Lychee Peach Green Tea with Lychee Bits
Audreen F.

I stopped by Noble Tea on Sawtelle and tried the lychee black tea with lychee bits. It was super refreshing, especially for the summer--light, fruity, and not overly sweet. I'd definitely come back just for that drink. That said, I've tried a few of their milk teas in the past, and I have to say, they're a bit mid. I have pretty high standards for milk tea, and especially when it comes to matcha, this one doesn't deliver. The matcha tastes like the cheaper powder kind--not very smooth, a bit chalky, and not really worth the price. As for the location, there are no tables inside. There are a few outdoor tables, but since it's Sawtelle, it's usually packed and they're shared with nearby restaurants. So even if you do find a spot, it's not exactly the most comfortable or relaxing place to sit and hang out. Also, parking is pretty bad in the area, so be prepared to circle around or park a bit far and walk. Overall, 3 out of 5 stars. I'll come back for the lychee tea, but not much else.

You don't feel like you're eating shaved ice! You feel like you're eating a fluffy cloud! When you walk in, you are greeted by kiosks where you place your order. You don't have much interaction with the staff other than than they calling out your number when your order is ready Only downside is they were playing music way too loud! The store itself had maybe 1-2 other parties inside... but the music was too loud we practically had to yell at each other to MAYBE hear the person right next to us. I definitely was not a fan of that vibe. The dessert itself though was phenomenal

For those driving here, we did notice it was connected to small parking structure. Upon entering the front, there were 2 kiosks. We had no interaction with staff. There was no customization with the selections and there was no one to ask. For instance the mango shaved snow came with the melon. I wanted the strawberry shaved snow with the melon balls but they didn't have that option. When you order additional toppings, they leave it on the side. Not visually appealing at all. My niece and I shared the Strawberry Shaved Ice ($18.99) and added Mochi ($2.50) and Melon Balls ($4.25). After you order from the kiosk, you seat yourself and they'll call your number when your order ready. I really like their shaved ice here because the ice is creamy and flavored before they shave it so it's extra flavorful and creamy. It's just really expensive for what it is and especially pricey when you want additional ingredients. Most other shaved ice businesses will allow multiple ingredients for a portion of the cost. One thing that was weird is how it came in a plate instead of a bowl shaped container. Eat quick and make sure it doesn't tip over. I'm so torn because I like the product after the addition of more toppings, but I'm not sure it's worth the price. Also no staff interaction and lacking customization makes my experience as a customer frustrating and limited. Not sure if I would come back.

As for the drinks and food. What we've had here has always been good. Best to eat their Croffle and baked goods there. Although Matcha is not for my liking, I'm more for their Taro Drink. B says the Matcha here is one of the better ones she's had. I have to agree even their Matcha Ice Cream is good. We get is the Matcha Croffle + Ice Cream, Matcha Einspanner, Taro Einspanner, and their cakes. Only thing I knocked down a star is because Not all the workers know the answers to your questions of what is in what food item or if you can substitute the milks. So that's something Cafe Upper should train all staff. Especially if people have food allergies.

I'm from the Bay Area but I've been to Cafe Dulce several times. My wife and I really like their Hong Kong Tea Latte and their Matcha drink, as well as their various donuts and baked goods. In the morning rush they can be a little busy but the staff work hard. On a recent visit I saw people eating their steak breakfast burritos, so I ordered one for myself and a coworker. The burritos were reasonable size, the steak was seasoned well, and the breakfast burrito had potatoes in it (I only like breakfast burritos that have potatoes/hash browns/tots in it). Keep supporting the classics, not just because they've been around for a while, but because they have strong products and service.

Mochi Twist ($5)-- Nice and dense mochi texture? I guess it's hard to describe but it's not hollow and airy like a typical donut. There's some chew to it. And it's not too sweet! Blueberry Roti ($4)-- Flaky crumble on top and blueberry jam?? YES YESSSS. I liked this so much I'd definitely go back for it. Blueberry jam is so underrated and it's rare to find it in a pastry! Makes for a good sweet lil treat. Hot latte ($5)-- Perfect!! No complaints. Not too milky, not too light. Good ratio. I was actually kind of worried ordering a latte because not every place does it right but it's good here! Iced blueberry matcha ($6?)-- I see lots of good things about this drink on here but ooooooof... it missed the mark and by a LOOOT too. It was green sweet cereal milk. Where's the matcha? Where's the blueberry? It was so confusing because I see the green and I know I ordered matcha... but it's just sweet milk! And it's not even blueberry flavored milk. Did they forget the blueberry jam? Syrup? Whatever they use? Because it just tastes like the milk after a bowl of Frosted Flakes or something like that. Very sad, very disappointing. Ended up tossing after a couple sips. ANDDD for those matcha purists this is NOOOT the place for you! They have it pre mixed in a milk gallon. So we just saw green milk coming out of a gallon into this cup like yeppppp ok expectations immediately lowered. Anyways, hot latte is good and the 2 pastries I got were good! Previously the lemon one and the most recent was the Raspberry Pistachio which I was impressed by as I just fancied sweet and refreshing combo of white chocolate and raspberry. The pistachio added more texture to it for sure. Same as any Levain cookies, best enjoyed warm and fresh out of oven. The Cookie Milk Latte was actually the main reason bringing me here, yet I was bit let down by it as I was expecting more malty cookie flavor in the drink. I felt it tasted not much different to regular cream top latte with some cookie crumbles in it.
