I’m the owner and dairyman behind Noble Pastures, a regenerative agriculture dairy farm in Sadsbury Township of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. I grew up surrounded by small farms, country stores, and the traditional Amish farming lifestyle—an environment that instilled in me a deep conviction that nutrient-dense, honestly-produced food belongs at the heart of community life. Today, I pour that upbringing into caring for healthy pastures and delivering fresh milk and other farm products to our customers each week. I’m passionate about the health benefits of drinking non-homogenized raw milk from 100% grass-fed cows—milk that’s free of artificial hormones, antibiotics, and chemicals.
