Now, the support is non existent, the delivery is late even though the payment was authorized and charged well before the delivery. The temps were below zero - and customer service was like sorry - we'll get to you when we get to you... There are much better options that service on time and without having to make several phones. He was supposed to come on Monday, but after I called to follow up, I was told he was camping and would come later that week. As of today, I still have not heard from him, and I have been unable to reach him. I understand that schedules can change, but two months of trying to get a confirmed repair date for an issue that was acknowledged by the installer is disappointing. I would have appreciated honest communication and timely follow-through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of accountability and customer service after the installation.
