Now? Unfortunately not so much and I will be very careful before placing my next order (which has yet to be fulfilled from a request placed nearly a week ago) and I would advise you to do the same. Holding out for the hope that I will in fact not run out of oil prior to my delivery on a very cold, windy New England day! They may have lost me as a customer matter of fact, after this one. The next part is the price, they're literally charging more $$$ per one gallon of heating fuel then EVERY advertised competitor in the region?!?! I feel like a complete sucker for placing this order now and in hindsight I should have researched more prior to placing it, so learn from my mistakes! I then contacted several local companies who could not help me for after the holiday. I started really panicking for the weather man said we're going into single digits this weekend. I made more calls, and DF Richard answered after hours too. I talked to the owner of DF Richard Energy who said yes we can help you. They came out that night to hold me over, then the next day with a full oil tank fill up and didn't charge me exorbitant fees as some other companies would have.
